Brill & Medina, LLP, was founded by Howard R. Brill, Esq., who has over 35 years of experience representing individuals and corporations in immigration-related matters. Joined by attorneys Marilyn Brill, Rebecca Medina and Erika Castro, our legal team has the knowledge and experience required to handle a variety of immigration problems.
Howard R. Brill, the firm's founder, has been providing superior legal immigration services for over 35 years. Mr. Brill has successfully represented foreign nationals in immigration matters throughout the entire United States and successfully argued precedent cases. Mr. Brill has authored several published articles regarding immigration law.
Marilyn I. Brill has been an attorney at law since 1983 when she graduated Brooklyn Law School. In her years of practice, Ms. Brill has proven to be a lead attorney in Matrimonial Law, Child Custody cases and Immigration Law. She has successfully adjudicated many cases in family courts across the state and has become well-known for her zealous representation of clients.
With over 15 years of experience as a paralegal, Mr. Ortiz is the Managing Paralegal of Brill & Medina, LLP. As a native of El Salvador, Mr. Ortiz relates to many clients and has a passion to help serve the immigrant community. Mr. Ortiz has extensive training in preparing applications and documentation for U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services as well as the Executive Office for Immigration Review.
Ms. Moraga is a paralegal at Brill & Medina, LLP. Prior to becoming a paralegal, Ms. Moraga worked at the firm as a legal assistant. Ms. Moraga is well-experienced in interpreting for clients, translating documents, and preparing submissions to U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services as well as the Executive Office for Immigration Review.
