This is the second time I've used Agave Glass. I'll definitely be a lifetime customer. Every person I've been in touch with has been extremely friendly. The appointment setters, the person that helped me deal with insurance, the person that replaced my windshield, and the person that did my tent. I don't know anything about windshields, but the end result was exactly what I was looking for. Called Agave and spoke with Nathan, very friendly and gave me tons of information for next steps.
Needed my windshield replaced ASAP and they delivered.
I was able to have it replaced and recalibrated on the same day.
Jason was the tech who was sent to my home. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and quick. Seems like Agave takes good care of their employees. They are all polite and have respect. Would HIGHLY recommend!

I called right after a rock flew up and damaged my windshield. Within the time it took me to get home we had an appt. set and approved for replacement through my insurance company. My windshield was replaced within three days of my initial call. Great experience.

Beware of your $300 gift promo. It's a scam! Really all you will get that is worth it is $50 visa gift card. The $150 gift card to coconut cleaning is really not a gift card as you can't apply it unless you pay full price. You also really don't get the rest as they are just really coupons. If you have a newer car with a front camera they also don't calibrate the windshield. Beware of there $300 gift card scam. It is always to good to be true.

Talking to the girls in the office was so pleasant, they were patient and kind. Than I had to change location the day of and they were totally flexible. Harry was the guy that changed the Windshield, looks great great timing! Would highly recommend agave glass for any glass needs!

What an easy, seamless experience. I had several rocks hit my windshield on my way to work the other day and used Agave for the first time. I texted them my info, they worked with my insurance and came out next day to replace my cracked windshield. The tech was friendly and efficient. New windshield looks great. I even received $300 in gift cards to local businesses for using them. Great customer service.

I updated this review as some how I had typed in one for a different venue... everyone at Agave I've contacted with has been really helpful and their results on the ceramic tint of my car was exceptional, the insurance claim on my windshield went super smooth thanks to their help and knowledge. Christian came to replace my windshield. His communication was great and he even pointed out issues with my wipers. He was polite respectful and fun to joke around with. We have used Agave in the past and will continue using them. We have spoke to the owner several times and he is a nice guys who has a big heart!

I have not been to the area in a while and it took a minute to find. my IPad navigation program had an issue. One quick call to a most gracious Kaley Got me on the right side of the tracks, so to speak. Destiny greeted me Hayden, my installer put me at ease on the spot....professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. Gabby brought me a cold water and I settled into a rather plush and comfortable couch with glass windows on one side and a nice glare free flat screen on the other.....really nice. Shelby came in a little later to see how I was Doing and if I needed anything. Job is now

Working with Agave has been a great experience. I spoke at length with Nathan getting information about window tint options prior to booking appointments for our vehicles. He was extremely patient and helpful. Mike and Jesse were great and just replaced my Jeep windshield in about a half hour. They walked me through the entire process and didn't seem to mind my lingering and constant questions.
I'd definitely recommend Agave for windshield replacement and I'm sure they'll continue to exceed expectations when our appointments are here for window tint.

Agave Auto Glass did an incredible job tinting my Tesla Model 3! Billy and Hayden Team combo worked well together and got the entire car done in about 2 hours. They were professional, genuine, and respectful. And the best part was they came to my house and did all the work in the garage! Highly recommend Agave Auto Glass and ask for Billy and Hayden! No anxiety when those guys are on the job!

I had heard of Agave from a friend of mine, and was familiar with their sister companies. I got a large crack in my windshield, decided to break from my insurance provider's preferred glass repair company, and gave Agave a call. My insurance covered the cost, but the only difference was that they had to send out a 3rd party to assess the damage prior to approving the coverage. I thought this part would be a huge hassle, but it honestly wasn't. Agave's representatives were very friendly, and communicated the process well. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Agave Auto Glass. The team members gave me a very reasonable quote for my Tesla Model X, they were friendly, welcoming and gave me a place to hang out and work while they worked on my car.
They did an amazing job on my front windows and I am very happy with the quality of work. The film cut is absolutely perfect, even, and consistent. There isn't a single bubble or imperfection. The job took under 1.5 hours. These fellas are the real deal!! Highly recommend.

I have had 2 windshields replaced and one chip repaired. The staff has been very friendly, prompt and thorough with the entire process. The last company I used to replace glass never advised that I would need a system calibration on lane departure that is in my Tahoe. Well, Agave did and handled the whole process of scheduling which was included in my insurance repair!

Mobile Car Wash Service:
Setting up an appointment was super nice and easy. It was done over texting which was super painless. Their Saturdays are always booked but waiting two weeks was totally worth it.
Today I had my appointment for my car wash at my home. The time frame was pretty wide of when they would arrive but it was worth the wait. The guy who came by to do the work was super nice and explained the process to me.
Being an essential worker, this is a must have since I need to lower my risks in order to do my job. I greatly appreciate this type of service during COVID. I will be recommending

I chose Agave Auto for one because of their good reviews and mostly because their website advertises, "As a thank you from us, all of our customers receive a free $300 gift card with all insurance replacements". No complaints on the windshield replacement, they did a great job. However, their website advertising is very misleading. The above quote came directly from their website. "A free $300 gift card" if interpreted literally indicates a single card would be issued. I did NOT get a single $300 gift card, instead i received a $75.00 visa gift card, a $150.00 gift card
