I recently had a rock hit my windshield leaving a small chip. To prevent further cracking I wanted to get this fixed ASAP. I messaged for a quote and Gary sent a message within 15 minutes. He was super helpful & met me at my work! He fixed the chip in about 15 minutes and the total was 20$ cheaper than other mobile glass repair companies.

While driving from California to Arizona for the holidays, a few rocks flew up and caused a large crack and a couple small ones in my windshield. We were about an hour outside of Gilbert and I messaged insta auto glass to get a quote and see if they were able to come out and fix my windshield that day (a Saturday). Gary got back to me within 20 mins and between he and Matt they were able to accommodate us. Matt actually came straight from his sons baseball tournament to help us out and within a few hours of reaching out to them, our windshield was repaired! We found their price extremely fair compared

I have had many windshields replaced by several different companies. This one was done quickly from first call to install. I watched the technician Gary from the kitchen window. Matt was great! He explained over the phone exactly what to expect with the chip repair service. I needed my windshield fixed last minute to be able to turn it in to the dealership and he worked with my schedule to make it happen! I'm also really impressed with how professional and easy the whole process was. His prices were by far the best from what I was quoted and my windshield looks great now!

I actually drove to their location in Gilbert, where I came to realize they are more so just an "call and they come to you service". Oops! I felt bad, but the owner welcomed me in and we set up an appointment. I have an older minivan and he said he wanted Ryan to do the job as he was the most experienced.
We schedule it for 7:30am the Saturday before Memorial Day. Ryan called me at 7:15

I had a huge crack on my windshield and needed it replaced before I headed off on a road trip. I requested a quote and within half an hour I received one! Ryan came out the same day and took care of the windshield for my truck and for my mother's car as well (who was visiting me at the time). In fact, he also found another untreated chip in my windshield that I never noticed. He took care of my situation and the job looks really great! I have had my windshields done by other companies and I have never really been satisfied with the work, as it always looked like it was a good job. But Ryan's worked looked great and I will definitely be going back to him with my next (and frequent) chips! Thanks for a great job!

Not only did these guys reply to my online quote request right away, they were the lowest cost for matching OEM glass and, they didn't reply to my online request with a request for me to call them back for the quote, or for me to send them my phone number so they could call ME. (I hate that.)

My windshield started cracking from the recent storms and went right into my view, I wanted to get it replaced asap. Does it always happen in between paydays?? They gave me a low quote but told me they would use factory glass for my focus…done deal! Matt was even able to send an installer the same day to my work. Always hesitant when a company promises the world but they lived up to my expectations, nice to know companies are still out there that are trustworthy and don’t take advantage of their customers.
