She is a licensed Realtor, and has been engaged in professional, fee based property management in Indiana for over 8 years. I have rented from a lot of companies, and ES Properties has by far been the best I've ever worked with. The leasing process was made fantastic by Judy and all of her support. Maintenance issues are fixed very quickly. Their app makes paying rent easy. I genuinely don't know if I could ever rent from another company now!

I just purchased an investment property where ES Property Management LLC has been helping. So far it has been awesome and they have been on top of things for me.

My first time using ES Property Management. They have exceeded my expectations. After my home purchase they contracted out the work that needed to be done to improve the home and get it ready for rent. They same day the work was completed, they already had someone ready to rent the property. They take good care of rental properties and I would highly recommend you use them.

Bad, bad company. Unresponsive to all calls and other attempts of communication. Charged us for repairs that were broken when we moved in. We have evidence and pictures. Owner tried to remodel quickly and hired people who did a fast and poor job. Many things were installed incorrectly, and the paint job and paint quality were awful. They had to install a new stove and toilet first week we moved in because they were broken. There are too many problems to mention. They need to get out of this business! Also, I dont think david treat is a real person, because he never returned any of our calls and

After my last review I was contacted by Tosha and David. Tosha allowed me to verbally go over my issues with move in, and did not make excuses. She owned up to the mistakes that were hers and made assurances of better work in the future.
David called and followed up with me as well. He took responsibility and thanked me for attempting to relay my problems before leaving a negative review. He also apologized and made assurances for moving forward. He seemed very genuine in his apologies and I will take him at his word

This property management team completely took the worry out of owning a rental house in Indiana, for me a non-resident of IN. They maintained great tenant relations, inspected routinely, and always raised the rent with each lease renewal.
When it came to needed repairs, I always got a call from the maintenance team (Sean Frye, and later Tosha Sussman), who described the conditions and options, and allowed me to decide. Often for a bill bigger than my reserve, they waited till next month rent collection and withheld the repair cost, rather than insist on a further cash deposit mid-month.
