Sand Castle Property Management, Inc. is a full service management company. We provide services to residential and commercial property owners, tenants, even homeowner associations. Our tenants undergo a credit, criminal, and eviction screening process prior to being offered residency.
Upon being approved for residency, we will collect monies due per the Lease Agreement, provide for their maintenance and repair needs, and establish an ongoing and open line of communication.Many of our tenants become long term residents. Our owners take comfort in knowing their properties are being provided with prompt, quality, repair and maintenance services, annual property inspections, and that only qualified applicants have been placed.

Sand Castle Property Management, Inc. would like to offer you the security and peace of mind that your property is being taken care of, and that rent is being paid. We are a complete service management team. We can provide as many services, or as few as you need. We are an established, well reputable business located in Anderson, Indiana with a vast array of experience and knowledge in real estate management.
Prospective Tenants: If you would like to view inside one of our properties, you should come to our office located at 815 East 8th Street, Anderson, IN with a current photo ID. (Examples of photo ID include driver's license and/or state issued ID) Applications for Residency are available at our office during routine business hours.
We currently manage Mustin's Scatterfield Village Homeowner's Association Sections 6-7-8 and High Pointe Place Condo Association. We provide lawn care and snow removal for the residents as well as general maintenance per the By-Laws of the association. We attend annual meetings and prepare all financial documents relevant to the association including the annual financial report.
