I recently purchased a new car and needed to get my windows tinted. I took my car here and they did an amazing job. The people and manager working were friendly and professional. They helped me choose the right tint to protect me and my family from the sun. My car looks amazing after the tint and I can definitely feel the protection from the sun. Definitely recommend them.

It's the second time I'm getting a tint done here. Expect for them to take about twice as long as they estimate, but good work takes time.

I went to this place for my window tint and there is an issue that still hasn't been fixed because when I show up to have the issue fixed, I keep getting told to come back on a weekday. I guess I'm not as important today as I was the day I paid! That was on a Saturday. I'm not really upset about the tint other than the fact that I think your return customers should be as important as your walk ins. I realize it's summer and your busy but it doesn't seem fair when you push aside the people you've already collected money from. Also, beware when changing your windshield

Alright. I don't usually do this, but I don't think I've had a worse experience with any company, anywhere. So this review is obligatory.

To note, this review is not against management nor front desk. They did what they could. This is solely against the individual who worked on my car. If you stop by here, you better either hope this guy is gone or hope he isn't the one working on your car.

TLDR: I got my windows tinted, my eyeglasses were stolen, I called the cops, manager offered me $250 to replace them

This place is a joke for tints!!! They bs u with u have to have your invoice for the tint peel repair. Really?? What kind of customer service is this? My tint peeled twice within a year.! Means u have to save the invoice for a whole Year for their crap work. DON'T COME HERE!!!!!!

Terrible customer service, i was quailed a proce over the phone and when i got to the locaruin it turned out to be more than i was quoted so i asked the lady about the quote and asked why it was so different? she stated she she does not lnow why i was told that and the services are more than what i was told so i say ok and i still wanted the service done. i go sit down and literally 2 minutes later another customer comes in and ask about the services and tells the receptionist he was quoted a different price and the receptionist says ok we can honor that pric, right in front of me after just telling

They did replace my windshield quickly and it's a convenient location, but they also put tape on the window that left residue on my paint and left pieces of glass and sealant in my car. They left the windshield dirty on the inside. If you're pressed for time, it's probably not a bad place to go.

TERRIBLE WORK! DO NOT GET YOUR TINT DONE HERE!They re did my tint 5 times between 12/23/2020-2/16/2021 and the tint was still full of bubbles, glue, scratches and dirt each time they "fixed it". I took my car back there AGAIN on 2/21/21 to have the tint removed and I wanted to be refunded my money, but they refused and I was told by Joel that "There are no perfect tint jobs, tint is suppose to have bubbles in it."

So three days ago my car and 5 others were broken in, right away I posted and a was referred from a long time friend Bernardo from AutoRx and told me to come here the owner and this girl with glasses were super kind and supportive, if it wasn't for them I would have been ripped off from another place! So thank you so much definitely be back on Jan 2021 to get my windows tinted!

Please don't go here and learn from my $340 mistake. I brought in two of my vehicles to this place. Job was simple. Both windshields and both 2 front windows. Took one vehicle back 3 times to get tint fixed. Asked for refund on the third revisit because it's still messed up, but they were unwilling and did not call me back. The other vehicle is a brand new truck. When installing windshield tint, they scratched my dashboard. Called to get it rectified and was told to bring it in. I brought the vehicle in and was told they needed to talk to the "boss" and that they would call

This is the place to go !!! Soon as I came in I was greeted by Tiffany , she's very friendly and has great customer service. She will make sure you are happy with your purchase. The guys in the back get straight to work also , they are about business here ! I love it . I highly recommend them.

I'm not a shop owner. I was a customer several years ago who received THE worst customer service from any business. Several years ago, I had my navigator tinted at your shop. Before I left your shop, I noticed streaks in my windows, to which your employee stated,"That's excess water that will dry and go away without any issues," GUESS WHAT?!?!?...it never went away. Here's the kicker..I spoke to you a week later, you agreed it should be redone and to make another appt. I made the appt FIVE TIMES!!!!!...With each visit, after being told it would take an hour and to fix.

Excellent quality for A great price!!! I got my two cars done here. They got me thru quick. All ceramic tint is the way to go! Film is life time warranty too!

They cut the tint crooked for one window. Scratched the paint on my door with razor knife. Gave my truck back to me with my key fob on the roof along with their tape measure. I was about to drive off thinking fob was inside until another customer stopped me. This was in my brand new truck. Do not recommend if you value your vehicle

Watched one of your employees berate a customer on the job at their restaurant. Seriously the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen. Whoever the guy is with the skull tattoo on his right elbow/forearm should receive some type of disciplinary action.
I went out of my way to LOOK UP your business based on his disgusting behavior. Acting completely intolerant and wearing YOUR company shirt.

Their work is NOT quality work. And when you show them the mess they made they offer to fix it but never have the time or material! When you ask for the owner it's just excuse after excuse! This place is seriously a JOKE . Why offer services you don't know how to do?

Waste of time and money. Now my car is ruined and more money needs to come out of my pocket. DO NOT COME HERE.
