TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! My daughter made an appointment to get her windows tinted, when we got there we were very specific and asked three times when the SUV will be Ready? The lady at the front desk Brianna ( By the way this Lady act like she did not care at all ) told us 2 1/2 Hours to 3 Hours Max, my daughter was on her way to CA with her 6 Months old baby and we ask again to please make sure the SUV to be ready on time, she replied again it will take 2 1/2 Hours to 3 Hours, so we waited a little over three Hours just to make sure. The owner helped me understand the shades and showed me his car to reference the grade of tint I chose.
I got the ceramic tint that blocks out the rays and it helps a lot especially here in Vegas. It doesn't feel hot when the sun in beating down on my car and it makes my car looks much sleeker.
This is the second car my family takes to Avalon and it's much appreciated.

They are VERY friendly and honest! I recently moved back from Texas and that state said I had to have my vehicles re-tinted according to Texas laws. I called Avalos Window Tint and Cynthia was very helpful, outgoing. knowledgeable and was able to get me same day service so I drove right in.
I had the front two windows tinted darker, but still meeting compliance and they said they were already at 35% so it wasn't necessary to have them done. Talk about HONESTY! They were about the customer service, not the money!!! I went through with it anyway since I had already

I've only been living in Las Vegas for a couple years, and needed to find a new shop to tint the windows on my car; after doing some research on Yelp, I found Avalos. They have worked on my car twice, first tinting just the front two windows, and later on tinting the back windows and windshield. In both cases Avalos did impeccable work, using top quality tint films. When I came into the shop they clearly communicated the different tint options (carbon versus ceramic), and the prices. I came back here after 2 years to get my front driver's side redone since the top of my tint had peeled in the corner. Everything went easy peasy just as expected.
I had told the gentleman in the front that helped me out about me moving to Texas in a week and after my car was finished, he remembered and gave me the warranty card so I could use it anywhere that does SunTek tint so I didn't have to come back to this specific location to get it done.
