2020 was a tough year. We left Arizona to move to North Carolina in February before the Pandemic hit. On March 4th, our truck and travel trailer hydroplaned across I-20 in Texas. The truck was totaled and our trailer had an extended stay in Texas. We continued our move to North Carolina and purchased a home in April. A few months into the new home we noticed water damage coming through our living room ceiling.

I have my home, life and personal articles with David’s Office. I usually work with Karina, his office manager, who tailored my policies to accommodate my current situation. I love the fact that I have my very own personal agent to answer any questions and save me money in the process. I haven't had any issues with their office since I've switched everything over last year. I highly recommend giving them an opportunity to earn your business!

I called this morning and Jeff Copeland answered the phone for David Stroman’s office. I told him that I wanted to cancel my renter’s insurance policy because I’m moving away. He didn’t ask who I was or anything. He told me not to pay my next bill and that “would effectively cancel my policy”. This sounded super fishy to me and I called State Farm’s 1(800) # and they informed me that this was NOT the way to cancel a policy. I also found out that I am OWED $ for the policy being canceled before the end of the quarter which I paid for in advance(Jeff did NOT tell me I was owed a refund

I have worked with David Stroman and his team for nine years and have always been pleased with the partnership, level of professionalism and attention to detail that is demonstrated by all members of his office. Had to get a small change on our renter’s insurance. Tried doing it online, but it asked me to reach out to an agent. After calling the agent, I was bluntly told I could do this online, but the request was nevertheless processed. Reached out to get an updated document a week later, but was shot down by another rude email by a different associate saying stuff like this “was out of her control”. Bad experience for what should be a routine change. Lack of communication too since the process took more than their mentioned time.
