As a small business owner, it's tricky to try to focus on running a business and give great customer service at the same time. However, these guys have it down. Very professional and courteous, but also genuine people. They went the extra mile a few times for me and ended up saving me a good amount while also getting better insurance.

I was never looking to change my auto insurance provider because I didn’t want to deal with the administrative headache or spending time to “shop” other, similar, companies. I was referred to Red Beard and after 30 seconds on the phone could tell this opportunity would be well worth my while.
