This was just a BAD experience. I too own a business and take this very seriously leaving Any kind of review.
Pedicure:
I was asked if the tech could "trim" my nails. Sure. I had long big toe nails. You can see in the picture the aftermath. Note the sides where you can see how long my big toe nails were to begin with.
"Haircut":
I wanted a trim and some layers put in to take some of the weight off the top of my head. I was wondering why the stylist didn't show me the back. If you're familiar with this shop, you will see in the picture that I took it in their bathroom

They are Amazing... Me and My soon to be sister in law and the bridal party were getting our nails and feet done not only did they take great care of us in every detail but they did our nails and got my sister in law a carrot cake to celebrate! And they congratulated her on her up coming wedding... The service was amazing and they are very professional with they're designs... Will be returning yet again when i need my feet and nail done... Highly recommended this place. My sister in is the one who got me hooked! Very 😊 happy!

My six year old son and I went in for pedicures on Sunday after church, he wanted a manicure too so he also got one of those! My son loves bright colors he enjoys nail polish and even likes to play with makeup sometimes! He’s had to deal with kids his age be mean about it and has quickly realized how mean the world can be, that being said he still chooses to be himself and not allow others opinions to change him or take away what he likes. I was nervous coming in because I expected him to be judged and his feelings to be hurt. To my surprise they welcomed him with open arms, they took their time

Worst place ever, I came in and there was two lady who seemed to be doing nothing and I still had to wait to be helped, finally I was helped and when I asked for almond shape the lady looked confused!!! As she went on to do my nails I noticed it didn't seem like she was doing a good job but I still tried to have a positive attitude but the outcome was just horrible and I told her it didn't seem right and she continued to tell me they looked good when they clearly didn't!! Anyway don't waste your time or money here !! Horrible service !!! just go across the street to Mansfield

I love going here. This is the first nail spa I found that can actually apply and remove shellac properly and my Shellac lasts up to 3 weeks! The previous salons I tired were horrible job and Shellac started chipping first week. Jason does a great job at pedicures and making sure you have smooth feet and nice nails! He also did my Shellac manicure this recent time which I loved! I also would recommend Van! She is great too and normally does my manicure. This shop takes their time and even offers complimentary drinks and great prices! :)

Let me start by saying, I appreciated this place opening at 11 bc I was on a time crunch and my regular salon didn't open until 11:30... worst mistake ever! I always have manicured nails and toes and never spend less than $90 so I expect a good job and luxury atmosphere/treatment for what I pay. My usual salon I don't mind paying bc I am given that. This salon is not near as nice, clean or experienced yet had the same prices if not higher. Candy changed the gel polish on my toes and did a good job. The gentleman working on my nails, however, was an inexperienced older man and had no idea

I am a long-time customer that has been using DJ's for numerous years. My daughter started getting "pedicures" at about 6. Just a grown-up girl! Only been disappointed one time. Talked to Tina and she made it right. You give them a chance to fix it and they will.

Worst pedicure I've ever got.
I had some time to spare in the area and thought while I was waiting I'd stop in and get my toes done. When I walked in the ladies up front looked at me like they were surprised a customer came through the door. No greeting until a lady came up from around back.
They were not busy but I was soaking my feet for 15 minutes before someone was available to actually start my pedicure. She did not do most of what is done in my experience with pedicures. The paint on my toes had thick "gobs" so it wouldn't dry. The top coat she literally threw on

Tina is fabulous and her service has been super. She does my nails exactly right for me. I go to Tin to have my hair done. I have watched him do many men hair cuts and women dyes, cuts and highlights. He is very patient and detailed. He did a fabulous job on my hair. I am very happy with the style and color. He gave me a silver color which my husband loves and so do I. He is extremely reasonable.

I was looking for a new nail place and decided to give this one a shot and I'm never going back again. As I walked in, the manager greeted me and offered me a water (which was the only pleasant thing throughout this visit), I said yes, she went to the back to get it and never came back. Now time to get my acrylic nails done with a polish over them. She said her name was Candy. She put so many layers of acrylic on them they looked like bubble nails! I kindly asked her SEVERAL times if she could keepsand them down. While she was sanding them with the drill, she cut completely across my ring

I came here and not to my regular spot because my son was at the trampoline park next door and I thought saving grace I can get my nails done during this 3 hour stay. It was early everyone looked confused I wanted my nails done. I generally wear powder nails they last long than gel I am rough with my hands and I prefer not to use the uv light for gel nails. She sawed my nails almost burned me! If I had not stopped her she was on coat 4 of the dipping powder. Who wants chunky nails. Everything else nice she shaped them well treated my cuticles nice but for the top coat she pulled out the uv light

Most of the people that work here are extremely nice, with the exception of one. She made my entire experience awful. This one lady has caused me to never return to this nail place.

I've been 3 times for eyebrows, the first time was AMAZING (I think she was the owner), the next time was... eh, bare minimum, she made sure I didn't leave with a unibrow but that's about it. I wanted to give them another shot since I loved the first time I went, today was worse than the second time. I left with basically what I walked in with, except all the hairs are broken just above the surface of the skin now, so I cant even fix it myself. Complete waste and now I have to wait to get them redone. I had also taken my daughter there to treat her to a manicure, they made her feel

Awful, went with 4 friends to get our nails done we asked to get seated together they did but then rudely asked me to get up so another customer could have my seat. They were just plain rude they don't know how to treat customers and our nails ended up being crooked and they were yellow and had bubbles. Horrible, horrible don't go here.

Hadn't been here in a long time and probably won't go back. Was asked which pedicure I wanted 3 times after I had responded the first time, the pedicure was so rough that I jumped a couple of times because it hurt me, nail tech talked non-stop with the other staff. Manicure resulted in nails trimmed so close on the sides that I had triangle nails. Stated that I wanted rounded more than once-had to file them down once I got home. And did I mention that after she had used the cuticle nippers on me she stopped and trimmed a hangnail on herself?
