Ellesa was hands down one of the best nail artist I have ever had! She took her time, even against management’s wishes! She was personable and my nails came out looking fabulous! I immediately scheduled a follow up appointment with her, which I have never done. She made this early morning worth it!

I really like this nail salon and I have never had a bad experience until today. The individual who was doing my nails was not using enough dip to secure my nails from breaking, I understand dip is not the same as acrylic. I broke two nails within one day of each other, it was over 7 days so I knew I would have to pay for my repairs. I was a little upset because I have not had any issues except for this time, the repairs did not match my other nails (length and color). I tried to speak to the manager to just voice my concerns and it seemed like he didn’t really care, he just made excuses as to

Critical: Quality
First visit today and I am extremely disappointed! My cuticles are bleeding and less than 30 mins after leaving the salon the gel has bubbled up and they are not smooth! I called the establishment and left a message, hopefully they will address this flawed service.
