Orlandi Trailer literally helped get us out of a tight spot. WIthout Orlandi's assistance, we wouldn't have been able to move our trailer from the backyard to the front.
Despite 40+ years of driving by Orlandi Trailer several times a week, I had no idea of the vast inventory of trailers and trailer supplies. It looks like they have everything you need to ensure your vehicle is properly hitched. It also looks like they can help you get a trailer that fits your needs.
More importantly, Orlandi excels in customer service. It is a local business that has the neighborly attitude that was so common

I did a phone order for a trailer part. Was told it would be in to pick up in 2 days.

2 days later, I get a call to pick up my order.

Bought a Big Text Trailer here and this place is awesome and there fast and efficient and reliable. They are nothing like FJM Truck and Trailer Center. They have great staff here and they are an exceptional trailer business nothing but good things to say about this place.

I have used Orlandi Trailer for over 30 plus years, to service my boat trailers. They have always gone out of their way to provide maintenance and repairs in a very timely manner including last minute emergency repairs prior to participation in fishing tournaments.
Recently I needed repairs and also maintenance on my trailer performed. When the work was finished and I went to pickup my trailer, I was surprised that the bill was less than half of what I was expecting. I am SO FRUSTRATED WITH THIS BUSINESS!!! We have rented from Orlandi several times. Each time there is a problem with their trailers. The trailers ARE NOT SERVICED AND MAINTAINED. My husband just took a flatbed open trailer and the wheel bearing failed. Now my husband had to spend unnecessary time to deal with this when he really needs to be working on the project he was headed to. The staff is RUDE, especially OLD MAN ORLANDI is beyond pretentious and just plain A MEAN OLD MAN. NEVER renting from them again, let alone purchasing a new trailer from them. Beware people, you'll end up the same

Paid cash for trailer. Then they did not take American Express and did not take a CARD OVER THE PHONE. Then they took forever to take care of the “paperwork.” Not coming back here ever. Also if you are a mask freak don’t go here they don’t wear them.

Suspect price gouging. I was quoted 2-3 hours for a hitch install that was suggested by manufacture to take 15-30 minutes and other locations quoted me 30 minutes as well. I politely pointed this out to the guy on the phone, and he laughed and said naw its definitely going to take more than an hour probably 2-3 hours. I clarified to him that this trailer hitch was a tiny little thing and only had two body bolts and a single u-bolt to brace it. Which means he was quoting me at a 30 minutes to an hour PER BOLT. Mind you I have seen videos of people installing this exact same hitch in under 15 minutes

I have been a customer of Ric's since the 80's when I brought in my first jet ski trailor for repair. Recently I brought in a boat trailor on a Monday morning where one of my wheel bearings failed and the wheel basically fell off in the parking lot. I did not have an appointment and was in a time crunch due to medical reasons. Ric turned the trailor around in 24 hours fixing the one wheel and improving ALL 4 wheels! Even though it was 2 years since he last serviced the wheels, he did not feel good about the performance, and would not take any money! That is the meaning of standing behind

I was provided a written quotation for a specific repair I needed on a trailer. When I arrived the owner tried to up sell me for items I did not require. That may have been a factor I was charged 35% more than the written quotation I had received for the repair I needed. I was charged an hourly labor rate $140. Yikes! Overpriced for the type of repair I needed.
I recommend bringing your quotation with you and discuss upfront so the price you were quoted is what you actually pay. I am one and done with Orlandi

On the plus side, they knew their stuff, their prices are decent, and they didn't try to oversell me on something I didn't need. I was grateful for that.
On the minus side, they wasted a lot of my time. We had agreed on the phone to a price for a trailer. When I arrived at the shop on Saturday with a cashier's check from the bank for the amount agreed upon, I asked for the salesman by name. I was told that it was his day off. Brought my cargo trailer there to get the hubs repacked and a wiring issue with lighting. The business was highly recommend by a friend.
I have no issues with the work, it was completed fast.
My issue is customer service when picking the trailer up. I had my 3 year old grandson with me. When getting out of the truck to pay my bill and get the trailer, he tells me Gramps I have to pee. I tell an employee and he said customers aren't allowed to use the bathroom it's policy.
He tells me to take him to a gas station on the next block!
We go inside to pay the bill and he's holding himself

Not professional at all !!! It's been 1 week I haven't herd back from orlandi about a brake and hub assembly. Go somewhere else

Don't assume anything with this company. They may very well lead you to believe you can get a repair done for $X then hand you a final bill that is 3 times that initial amount.

I think a large part of the problem is that this outfit really doesn't have the kind of equipment and tools you would expect, for them to do a job efficiently. They are going to send out a guy with a couple of wrenches to work on your vehicle or trailer without any pneumatic lift to get under it. It will take them 4-5 hours to get something done, that a well equipped garage could get done in 30 minutes.

If you need any work done for your trailer- that's the best place! Convenient location, knowledgeable staff, best time turnover. Sales, repairs or conversion. I'm very satisfied with their work.

These guys are the best. The owner took his time to help me put together a solution with various parts for repairing a melted wheel bearing on my 1966 travel trailer. I just needed to get the wheel to move enough to get it down my driveway 20 ft. The true repair is to replace the axle with a newer one. They were patient with me and explained how that would be better to get newer technology to be on the road again.

Very unresponsive to the Tiny House Design Build Group of West Valley College who were more than happy to spend our money on a trailer from a local business. We tried contacting them for 3+ months, being strung along with very little information given about dimensions, cost or lead time. We took our business to Tiny Home Builders.

We purchased an R&J dump trailer for my hubs work here today and couldn't be happier! He has been borrowing his brothers and it became such a hassle for work that we decided to invest into one. We were helped by Chris who is a straight forward guy which I like, no time wasted. We got a quote, applied for a loan, signed some papers and done. They pulled out our new trailer, did an inspection and then hooked it up to our truck and off we went! I'm glad we went here first before driving far and wasting more time. Orlando trailer was able to get my chipper and truck in the same day and do a simple wiring repair at a reasonable cost.

We had a trailer hitch installed on our Kia last week and I could not be happier with the complete experience with Orlandi trailer. I called in to get an idea of what was needed and price, i was given all the info i needed, went into pay for the parts and set my appointment. When my car was complete, it's weird to say, but it was beautiful! Great work, the perfect hitch, just a great job all around! They came highly recommended to me, and i will highly recommend them as well!

These guys are the premier trailer sales and service facility in the South Bay. I have gotten nothing but great service from Ric and his team. The ATC 26' race trailer I bought through Orlandi in late 2017 was a fantastic experience - Ric was patient, helpful, and more than willing to share his years of expertise. He also arranged for expedited delivery to meet my deadline and made sure everything went smoothly. Truly a great local resource for the motorsports and recreational communities around here.

I have had multiple good experiences here. I bought a green forest river 6x10, and got a good deal as it had been previously ordered and a deposit paid when the order canceled. I feel this shows good integrity at Ricks store.
This trailer was set-up for me: leveled to my towing vehicle, welded stabilization jacks, E-track, on-site by the techs there. I purchased puck style locks here and security plates. They can do these installations as well.

Stopped by to get some tie downs for my car trailer. They didn't have them on hand and so I went ahead and ordered a set. When I mentioned to Rick that I needed them for the weekend (this was on a Friday) he said that he would be happy to let me use a set that they have there until mine came in. That was much appreciated, thank you Rick. My next trailer will be bought here based on my experience with Rick.

One star for the very polite gentleman with whom I spoke earlier. I called them to see if they could help me customize and repair an old trailer that I have. (I'm converting it, so was looking for someone who could weld and sandblast primarily... I've got the rest lined up.) After speaking with his manager, he informed me that they don't do that kind of work "because it's just cheaper to buy a new trailer "....
Guess they didn't want my business.

I purchased a small trailer from here. They had a big selection and fair prices plus LED lights which I preferred over normal lights. The light inside the trailer is really cool when working i n the dark.
The buying experience was excellent because they process your registration for you and have it automatically sent.

I've done business with Orlandi for years and recently, I wrote a review that criticized their customer service. I went back to Orlandi today and was - after writing a critical review - treated with the utmost professionalism, thanked for the feedback, and provided excellent support in identifying needed boat trailer parts.

The highest expression of professionalism is treating a customer well, even after receiving criticism. I don't know enough people, much less businesses, that do that.

Orlandi, if nothing else, is a Bay Area
