FJM is my one stop shop for trailer parts/accessories, trailer service, and even trailer rentals. Outstanding customer service and reasonable pricing. I use my trailer 4-6 times a month and Ashley in sales/rentals went above and beyond coordinating and scheduling rental trailers for me nearly every week when my trailer was out of commission for over 6 months.

Well, that was disappointing. I came in looking for a light duty utility trailer. It seems they cater more to heavy duty commercial customers. They didn't have any in stock, but said they could order something. I told them their it was hard to navigate their website and the person at the counter ignored me for ten minutes then proceeded to try to show me how to use their website, only to give up when she couldn't find what I was looking for either. Website is terrible, service is terrible.

But my encounter with FJM Tuck & Trailer was nothing short of stellar,
wonderful Customer Service and Professional instructions on my brand new trailer..!!!
I was there about 35-40 minutes and every instance with a customer coming in,
We're ALL greeted in a professional manner!!
I will patronize this establishment because it was that great!!

FJM helped me with my trailer build, they spec's out what I described I wanted, they explained what was necessary and not needed. They are extremely knowledgeable and very very helpful. Be sure to do your research first before going in, trying to explain that "thingy that goes under or behind the brakes, wait how do I know if I have brakes", that could be very time consuming for the customers behind you that have the same questions you came in with. That being said FJM is my trailer fix/repair shop.

Called numerous shops to replace an air line and they were all too busy for a quick repair. FJM was able to get me right in even though they were extremely busy. Very organized. Chris saved my bacon today. Thank you!!
