I had several redwoods and other trees that needed pruning. Willy came out the same day I called and gave a very reasonable estimate. He also identified a rotten tree that needed to be removed before it fell on the house! His crew was professional and efficient, and the clean up afterwards was great. I've used them before, will use them again and highly recommend their service.

I needed to remove an apple tree and a heavily laden lime tree to make way for an ADU. Willy promised to come at 11:30 am. His team showed up at 9:30. Everyone was gone and the yard was completely cleaned up at 11:30. Unbelievable amount of work done in a mere two hours. I threw all kinds of difficulty into his way and he handled it all. I had grandchildren doing Zoom classes in the house. He cut out the noisiest machines and had his team do things quietly. The lime tree was completely covered in not quite ripe limes. A thirty gallon garbage can was filled more than half way with saved fruit. I

I needed trees removed before moving into my new home. I researched 3 other tree services and Willy offered me the best quote. On top of the best price, he even included to remove the stumps. His team arrived in 2 days and removed 3 trees within 3 hours. These guys are professional and I'm very impressed with how quickly they got the job done. I highly recommend Willy's Tree Service!

We had a GIANT Blue Agave that had sent up a bloom stalk about 45' high. These plants then die after they flower, and ours was way past it's peak, and threatening to fall across a neighboring apartment building's power lines.
Willy to the rescue!
I called and left a message. Willy called back within the next hour, and was out the next day to survey the situation. A quote and a handshake later, he said he could be there the following day with a crew and a cherry picker, because this would require some skill and equipment.

Came quickly the first time around but unfortunately it was a mistake contracting them to try and remove bamboo. I've learned that the way they tried removing was not the right way and they have not come back to fix their mistake. Do not use them if you want to try and remove bamboo as they really do not know how to do it properly
Edit: someone was sent to our property unannounced. Glad he followed through with sending someone but still concerned it wasn't done properly the first time and that I did not know when or if someone would be coming back.

Willy's service did a beautiful job of trimming and pruning our large decorative pear tree. He had to battle the results of a previous job poorly done. His crew of at least seven men worked liked a rowing team to get the job done quickly and beautifully!

My neighbors have a large tree that extends its branches to my 2nd story roof level that rats and squirrels were using to access my roof so I needed to get the tree cut back ASAP. I called Willy and he came out same day (within hours) to take a look and give a quote, then brought a crew of 8 with a bucket truck and a chipper to do the work the very next day. They worked very quickly and efficiently, were done in less then 2 hours. Got a great vibe from Willy and his whole crew. Only complaint is that the work came in a little over estimate. Willy’s Tree Service was professional, punctual, industrious, friendly, very capable and all around impressive.
I recommend them highly.
They trimmed an enormous redwood tree so sun and air could circulate and took other branches off any wires in time for prevention during the fire season.
We truly would recommend them.

After the high winds I called and explained that a large branch between my neighbor's and mine was down and asked if the could do it. They said no problem and would be out in the afternoon. I exchanged all information and got a return text.
I called nobody else as they stated they would be out. I let neighbor know that my intruding branch would be gone by the evening and I awaited around.
No show, no call, no text. Nothing. I reached out via text today for a reason and no reply.

Willy is on-time, responsive and professional. I request a quote from Yelp, he responded my message in 2 hours. 4 companies from Yelp contacted me, only two show up. Willy's tree service price is more reasonable. So I hire his service to cut four 30-40ft trees down on my property next to a creek.
His team arrived on time, really professional. Cut down all 4 trees and moved all the branches and stems along the creek (rocky and uneven creekside). Using rope to pull all the branches and stems up 25 ft from the creekside to the road. They managed finished the job in 3.5 hours. Amazing!!!

Willy and his team were quick to give us an estimate to remove a tree we had in our backyard; however, the reason why I am giving them a 3 star review is the way they conducted business with us.

After leaving an inquiry on their website at night, the very next morning I got not one, but two calls back, one from from Willie and one from Rosa from this family-run business. Willie came out the very next day to give an estimate - a fair price, and just what I expected! The same afternoon, their crew showed up to remove a large, multi-trunk birch tree, including removing (chopping up) the stump. They also took out another stump from a dead apple tree. We needed emergency tree work when a big branch in our big tree cracked and fell into the street, around 9 in the evening. We had not done work with Willy before, but just had his card. We needed tree work, and fast! He came out right away and did cutting as needed to get the branch out of the road. He explained the work he proposed at every step. He came back the next morning with his crew and equipment and did pruning on the broken branch and on other branches to get the tree crown in balance again.
