Back in July, Vega's Tree Service came to trim some massively overgrown large trees on our property. Not only did they work quickly and cleanly but they did a great job shaping the trees to look aesthetically pleasing. Now that the trees have been through a few big storms, I can confidently say that they are holding up beautifully- no more broken limbs (as has happened in the last few storms before Vega came in to trim them).
They also were very clear and helpful in working with our neighbors so they were appraised of the process and knew what to expect.

They were the only tree service that responded to my email requests. I'd had tree removals done in the past, so the quote was pretty much what I expected. It was 450 to remove a 15 foot tall holly tree with a 2 foot diameter. They showed up a little early and were done in an hour. Jose Vega was very nice, his assistant in the office was responsive to email and his workers were careful around the rest of the landscaping.
So, three guys, a big truck, a big chipper, some exciting aerial work by Mr. Vega and they were done in an hour.

Overall very happy with the end product and it was such an easy process. Someone came out to check out the project... that night we had a very reasonable quote in our inbox. We had a date penciled in within a few days. They came and cut one large tree down, trimmed another large tree and took out a bunch of stumps... all while I was at work. Again, it was easy, neighbors said they were efficient and quick, and they did exactly what we wanted! Overall would highly recommend!

This is the second time I've used Vega's company for tree services. The first time was last year when they cut down 5 invasive trees in my back yard. Their price was competitive, they showed up right on time, and did an excellent job. They ground all the stumps down and removed every single piece of the tree. I was a happy customer.
This time I hired them to prune an oak tree on a steep slope and clean up a tree that had huge dead ivy roots and stumps of branches (from the ivy killing branches). I'm impressed yet again! They showed up right at appointment time and got to work immediately

Did a great job removing a huge leaning yucca tree, 3 smaller yuccas, and stump grinding them out manually since it was so close to a retaining wall and even gas line. Took them about two hours and it looks like they weren't even there. I got quotes from 3 other ppl and they came in the lowest by $500!

This is the second time that Vega's Tree Service has come out to take down trees on our property. The first time they did great job, and this time around they did as well. They're definitely our tree company now.
The first job was the removal of several Italian cypresses and grinding out palm tree stumps. This time we had them remove a fig tree that was too close to our home and two vine stumps that kept sprouting new vines (we had tried to remove the vine stumps but they were beasts). They were on time, friendly, professional, and made quick work of the job.

Jose and his crew did a beautiful job trimming our priceless cypress tree, a focal point of our back yard, along with a Japanese maple and a couple of fruit trees.
The work was fast, efficient and clean-up was perfect.
We've already recommended them to our neighbors who were looking for tree service.
