Service Call Policy- We ask that you contact us within 48 hours of washing or sealing with touch up requests. Although our technicians are all experts within our field, as with any job or project mistakes potentially can happen so we need to know as soon as possible if you have any questions or concerns with our workmanship.
I got a flyer in the "coupon clipper" from this company, which I'd never heard of, and it reminded me of some exterior work that needed done on my house. I e-mailed in a request for contacting, and they called me back that evening! The rep was very understanding that it was a small job, but that they would still be happy to take care of it.

We had B&A power wash and seal our fence. Andrew did an incredible job and the fence looks brand new again. B&A's prices are very affordable, the professionals show up on time and are extremely knowledgeable and take pride is what they do. We originally scheduled power washing of our house with B&A Power Washing for a Monday between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. At 10:45 am that morning, we received a call that the appointment had to be rescheduled for the next day (Tuesday) between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm. We weren't home that morning. When we returned home just before 1:00 pm for the appointment, we found an invoice with a note saying, "The wind is really bad today so if there is any missed spots, please let me know." I am completely dissatisfied with the services provided. Your tech told me my gutters were stained and would never come clean. I told him that was untrue he told me he would get on his ladder and show me by treating the gutters again. Once complete the gutter was good as new. I said "See they aren't stain, but standing on the ground and spraying 20 feet in the air has little effect on the gutters." That is when he told me they are not allowed to get on ladders. The side of my new townhome needed to be washed due to green algae. Attempted it myself but was unable to reach the top floor. I called around to a few places. 1. never called me back. The second was priced well more than B&A. So I decided to go with B&A. I could not be happier. The work was done within 48 hours of my call, and the HOA is not going to be bothering me for a while. This is the second time they've washed our house. The first was great, but this time, whatever solution they used they didn't wash off completely. I ended up with porch lights, fans, and doorknobs with hard, white deposits that they've still not cleaned off. They haven't even told me what I should use to get it off myself. And all the windows have large white spots all over them and need to be washed even though I just did it in the fall. Basically, they've caused so much extra work, I'm not sure I'd use them again.

The bad: did not keep appointment time for power washing (2+ hours late); did not seal the deck within the stated 7-day window, despite good weather, meaning that I had to keep my deck furniture inside my house for more than two weeks; did not respond to most emails.
Bottom line: look for a different provider if you are located in DC; I got the impression they do not come to the city frequently enough to provide good service.

I had a similar experience to other negative reviews. I had contracted B&A through Amazon for a gutter cleaning, with very specific terms and a price reflective of the job. Despite this, on the day of the confirmed appointment they showed up unprepared (they lacked a ladder to even reach the gutters), complained about the scope of the job (which they could have brought up before scheduling the job), and tried to demand more money despite already charging me $200 (and not having to equipment to do it). The owner tried to bully us into complying with his terrible approximation of customer service

I had a great experience with them. I was told by my HOA that I had to get my siding cleaned. So, I started looking for someone that could help with that. The first company I contacted took so long to respond (4 days which is why i called B&A), that I didn't hear back from them until the day B&A had been over. Anyway, I sent B&A an email and was contacted by a very nice man who gave me a quote for my end unit townhouse and said they could come over the next day. I told them that no one would be home, but he said that was OK, just shut the windows and leave the outside water on

Solomon with B an A did a fantastic job power washing the siding of our home. It is so clean now it looks like it has been repainted. B and A is a great company to work with. It's scheduler is very friendly and easy to reach and work with. Our washer showed up exactly when promised and spent the time required to do a thorough job. Everyone from B and A that we came in contact with was friendly and professional. B and A's prices are very very fair. Amazing service and job well done! Not sure how some of the other reviewers didn't have such a good experience. I called to make an appointment and had someone come out the next day. They washed my cement walkway/porch and backyard wooden deck. They then came out the next day to seal my deck, and even re-positioned my deck furniture in their original places. My porch and deck were clean and as good as new. I couldn't be happier with the job and service!

We have a nice sized white colonial single family home with a little mold on one side that was too stubborn for us to get out. We scheduled them to come out on Saturday, brought in all of my AC units so they could wash the house. They called to confirm at 9:36 that morning, which was nice. Would have been even nicer if they actually showed up. Called them three times to see where they were, not only did they NOT answer the phone, they never called back. A day after they decided to flake-out I left a message telling them to not bother. Found another company. If there was an emergency or something, fine, we're all human. But, to not call and let us know that they couldn't make it is unprofessional.

They give quotes over the phone based on the specifications of your deck which is convenient. The price was reasonable. They were able to schedule the wash within days. Overall, the wash was good except close by the house where they either weren't paying attention or trying not to get the spray on the house. There was clear difference in this section. It took one a week for them to come back to seal - not the three business days that tell you. I had to call, but once I called they were out within a day to do the sealing. They only use clear sealant which I thought would be fine since
