Amazing job by Arnold and his crew. My entire house, deck, sidewalks were power washed. My deck was stained beautifully. Arnald is lazy and rude. Kept trying to come stain the deck when it had just rained and obviously would still be very wet. Tried to change the price and charge more after the work was completed. Work quality was also pretty poor, and he left a mess. Would not recommend.

Update: You think I'm trying to ruin small business reputation when you don't even know who ended up completing my project. I'm just trying to help the world filter out small businesses/scammers that are not worth giving business to. How do you expect to build a customer pool when you can't build rapport with customers? Why would I recommend any to you when you are rude to people you talk to?

Arnald contacted me back quickly and came to my house the next day to take a look at my deck. I actually contacted a few companies, and one of the bigger companies gave me the much higher estimate without even coming to see my deck. I liked that Arnald explained things to me and provided me information. He offered the option that he thought it was better for my deck to me without forcing it, and I actually went with that option after more researching on

They did a wonderful job at my house got my fence, deck patio and gutter clean. All at the same time very fast clean and trustful. I left the check on the back of the door for them came back home to a very professional well done job, I'm very happy because I'm 60 years old and can't do those stuff anymore by myself. I agreed to have my deck power washed and sealed with a light stain. Mr. Paz power washed it. He told me he would return the next day to stain it. I asked specifically if that was enough time dry before applying it. He assured me it was. When I looked at the deck the next day there were areas that did not look clean. I was disappointed. His website has products that he uses. He had a link to Ready-Seal and Wolman products. I went to those sites. The FAQs said that a deck had to be dry for at least 48 hrs. I had an appointment from 9-11am to clean my gutters. At 11:30 I called them, and they said they were running late. They told me that they would be there by 1:00PM. It is now 1:40PM. Where are they? I called back again. Now they need to re-schedule. Do not use!
