Dr. Moskowitz grew up in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn, and graduated from Lincoln High School. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Brooklyn College. He then went on to New York University Dental School to earn his DDS degree. The next step of his training was a General Dentistry Residency at Long Island College Hospital.

Dr. Moskowits is so caring considerate, polite, and informative. He gave me options and offered time to think it over. The staff if so nice, friendly and accommodating. The office is clean and organized. Everyone there was pleasant. I rarely ever switch Doctors or entertain partners but Dr. Penner was also great at what he does. You would not be disappointed to have either one as a dentist. Great experience for my wife and I.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Moskowitz for more than 20 years. He is a superb dentist having handled fillings, broken teeth, crowns/caps and routine exams flawlessly for two decades. In addition, his staff is phenomenal. They are all pleasant, proficient, and professional.
Recently, Dr. Moskowitz added a new associate, Dr. Penner. I saw Dr. Penner for the first time last month and he is an impressive young man, and a really good fit for the practice.
