C&C CU has no sense of urgency, does not properly investigate fraudulent activity, tells you one thing and then does (or doesnt) do something else. They will give you lip service to make you go away. but when it comes down to your money, they could care less. Even if your out over 4k. Horrible just horrible business ethics, values and horrendous sense of community and the senior citizens that have banked with them for over 50 years.

I have never ever felt so cheated. This was one of the worst "credit unions" I have ever banked with. My card was stolen three times and when I told them they told me it would cost me to replace my card because it's my responsibility to keep track of my card. But at the same time if it was stolen shouldn't yall like do something about it. Not only that I am paying for a car through this credit union that stopped working about a year ago and in still expected to pay full price for a car I cant even start. Then when I go pay for the car they take an extra 10 dollars. Why???? This is why I stopped

When I opened up my tax refund at home, I tore it in half and ripped it in 2 other places, I rushed to the maple wood location 10 min before close and Gisela spent 15 min trying to tape it together perfectly, and had such a positive attitude that whole time. The check cleared and I couldn’t be happier with my experience there thanks to Gisela!! Amazing customer service

I have been at this "City and County Credit Union", for a few years, mind you my account always has money direct deposited, into the account and never had an overdraft. I also get paid pretty well. I also have a decent credit score, I applied for a credit card TWO TIMES, and they denied me. I got approved by another, credit union right away. I DO NOT FEEL THAT, THIS CREDIT UNION, IS HELPFUL AT ALL. I work at a credit union myself and it amazing how much we here ACTUALLY, help our members. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH NOR THIS CREDIT UNION. I HAVE CHANGED MY DIRECT DEPOSIT AND WILL BE CLOSING

In 2019 someone who shared my wife's name and has an account at CCCU entered the Shoreview, MN branch to get a debit card. This debit card was assigned against our checking account. There were no checks done to ensure the correct account was assigned, the person was given full access to our accounts and funds.
In June of 2020 an auto bill for another member was assigned to my savings account. The person is not on the account, does not share my address, and they have no affiliation with my account in anyway. Unfortunately this account was not one which I monitor as no money is withdrawn and only

Had intentions of going back to this bank that I haven’t actively used in 2+ years, and then one morning I get an update on my credit report that they sent me to collections for $170.
The guy I talked to was not one bit of help. They sent letters to a old address apparently. But couldn’t give me one courtesy call or email. All I wanted was a chance to pay my bills and I can’t do that it if I don’t know I have a bill. So instead they charge $2 a day for overdraft fees on an account I DID NOT overdraft.

They put a charge off $153.56 on chex systems for a checking account closed 11/17 and shows they reported it to chex 4/29/2019. Talk about back stabbing you in the back when you close their account. Not only did they burned my credit by this charge off but also could not open a checking account. I will file a lawsuit against this branch for CREDIT CHEX EXTORTION, the minimum is $3,500 in small claims court. I would not do any business with this credit union. They will find out the hard way its going to cost them more in lawyers fees and a judgement against them for only $153.56...

I’ve never felt more humiliated in my life then I have today. I walking into the Maplewood Citi office this morning trying to sort out my checking account. i sit down and spoke with a woman that made me feel incompetent and very uncomfortable. After not being able to resolve the issue at that moment I felt that it was best for me to close my account with citi, after being a member for 3years I’ve had to many uncomfortable Inquiries.

City & county credit union are a disgrace to banking. I applied for a small car loan for our son at my husband's suggestion and it was a total waste of time! As a "member" I thought this would be easy, but the loan officer (def not an official) wasted 8 business days of my time. Asking ridiculous questions.... Karen should fInd another line of business, def NOT in customer service! Too many details to describe the terrible experience, but unbelievable. I got the loan approved & processed on line in literally 1/2 day afterward with another lender.

These guys have been wonderful. The office is beautiful and the staff here are the best. Tyler and Christy have been great. We moved here from another credit union in Eagan that removed all their tellers and we have been so grateful. They helped us set up several different accounts, are always cheerful when we come in and, have been so accommodating to the way we bank. You couldn't ask for a nicer group of people to bank with.
