What started in 1982 with one straight truck and one furniture delivery customer has turned into one of the Midwest's largest and most successful transportation companies.

Worked here for 2 years as company driver got all the miles i wanted and was home every weekend except for 3 in 2 years never had and company work so hard with me to achieve my goals i have now switched over to the owner operator side my truck is still leased to them and will be until I retire wouldn't drive for anyone else

You driver over here in Denver co in truck 2210 needs to be a little nicely to other drivers he was rude to me here at swine Coca Cola and he needs to learn to back into a parking space he was blocking there trucks in and me to I asked him to move and he got upset said that he was trying to get his load picked up since yesterday I understand that things happened I been driving for over 20 years but I am still nice to my fellow drivers and try not to block them in

Rapid Response of Wentzville, MO delivered furniture as a third party for Value City Furniture. The delivery drivers 1st delivered a damaged Sleeper and denied they did the damage. Thankfully VCF replaced. Then the drivers delivered another couch which they did not handle with care. Furniture fell over on one occasion, thankfully it was wrapped. Then when setting up, they made multiple scratches on my hardwood. They rushed out leaving my front door wide open without saying a word. The regional manager Fred came out to take pictures but was already not taking accountability. I never got a response

They will lie on your Daq report. They knew my Sister died, they knew my nephew committed suicide behind my sisters death. Yet they still went on my Daq and put left vehicle in unauthorized location. Even though that’s where they told me to park it. This company is full of liars.

Dec 8/20 14:40 pm after fuel up he parked there for 30-40 mins. I kept waiting thought he was inside gas station might be buying something. Loves i44 exit 4 mo is very tight so after fed up I finally try to take risk to backup( not enough space to back coz very smaal pump) he than moved. What kind of professionalism is this. I request you please talk to your driver if he keep repeating this behaviour he can get in some trouble in future. Thank you

I came here for a couple of reasons one this is a small company to they have great equipment and they take great care of their equipment good pride in their drivers I'm driving a 2019 peterbilt
And let you go anywhere you want to go an do a 34 reset on the weekends and great dispatcher and benefits too

Totally ignore the damage done to other vehicles when rocks are flung off of containers they're hauling (evidence presented). No responsibility, so why would I trust them hauling anything of value.

Rapid Response delivered couches as the third party service company for Value City. Rapid Response's delivery personnel did not fully check the product when they delivered and one of the plastic feet covering a bolt was missing. Unbeknownst to us, the bolt was gouging our hardwood floor. Value City provided no help in this matter since they pass the risk off on Rapid Response. Rapid Response's insurance company, American Family Insurance, acquit Rapid Response of responsibility since we did not file a claim in a timely manner. The insurance agent acknowledged Rapid Response's negligence, but refused

I have only used Rapid Response a couple of times, and they treated me like any other large account. Professional, courteous, and on time. Even with delivery to a difficult to get to job site.
