Benita Capps started her career in insurance in 1987 with a commitment to serving the insurance needs of residents throughout Northwest Indiana. She went on to open Central Agency Insurance from scratch. After decades of serving clients from her office in Portage, she moved her office to Valparaiso to be closer to where she resides.

They are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have had great service and they work hard to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them to my friends for their insurance needs. I fortunately have not had to file/work on a claim, but I trust they will help me through that process to make it as frictionless as possible.
