I have had to change my insurance around quite a bit since we just moved. We needed renters insurance, then a home policy, then personal articles policies, then we sold a car and bought a different one. So, we needed an agent that could keep up with us! Mark Jonas' office was able to keep up and anticipate our next need. Also a plus Mark Jonas has claims experience so, if we ever do have a claim, I am comforted knowing he will know just what to do and expect.

I switched to State Farm in August 2020 and was able to save money and get more coverage on my car, rental house and additionally my pet insurance!
In May 2021 I was hit at a stop sign which resulted in my car needing a tow and quite a bit of care. Mark was the second person I called since this was the first time I’d be using my new State Farm coverage and he immediately showed up at the scene of the accident.
My son was with me at the time of the accident and Mark was able to quickly take on the responsibility to arrange a tow and get my car to a repair facility that he highly recommended
