My only concern with continuing to use CLE Plumbing is that they are professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. As more customers find this out they will quickly become successful and that will lead them to an early retirement on an island beach somewhere; and I will be in Cleveland with a running toilet.

I want to commend and also recommend, Josh, for the outstanding job by adding a new copper waterline for the refrigerator in my home. It was previously located under the refrigerator which is now an obsolete location for new refrigerators. He was personable and professional! A special thanks to Mary Ellen for booking the appointment after a cancellation. Thank you both for excellent service!

Josh has been fantastic to work with. Where 3+ other plumbing crews assessed our situation and recommended a total replacement of the appliance, Josh was able to recognize the cause of the issue and make the fix within an hour, saving us hundreds of dollars. He's very accessible, and has shown a willingness to go beyond just "fixing the problem". He wants to make sure it doesn't happen again. Would definitely recommend.
