Henry from Arco comfort Air is a amazing & knowledgeable tech. 1st time he came to install a new toilet. Then the damn thing started leaking from the base. I made a call to Arco to inform them of this issue, they promptly sent him out again. He took it off & checked all the connections, and installed a larger thicker wax ring. It again was leaking. He again came back out, took the toilet off & did a more thorough inspection & discovered a hair-line Crack in the base that was causing the leak. I returned the toilet to home depot without incident for a new one. Guess what guys, NO LEAKY lol. Thanks

Derek the technician was great!! Knowledgeable guy (despite being ex army lol) he gave pro tips to help maintain our equipment. Very nice and professional. Phone customer service was very nice and professional also.

We purchased a complete central air and furnace from Arco a few years ago for just under 10,000 the first problem we had was just 10/13/21 and I of course called them for service and was told they don’t service our area any longer. This a is terrible way to do business I was assured that if and when we bought the system from them, that they would service the equipment. They were happy to lie to me and take our money…. Now were just stuck with cold weather coming on us. Very poor. Would never do business with them again. I’m sure they will see an article in n their local paper. This is a terrible

I had 2 new toilets installed today. Arco confirmed my appointment the day before by text. They also sent me a text including a picture of my service technician with a bio the morning of my installation letting me know approximately when he would be there. Henry called a few minutes later giving me a real time estimation. Henry was extremely professional and informed me of everything as he was doing it. He was organized, his cleanup was immaculate, and he maintained health and safety precautions throughout the entire visit. This was five star service for sure. I would recommend this company and
