Mister Glass was established by Bill Seifert in the early 1960s. While working for State Farm Insurance, Mr. Seifert saw the need for a glass company that would service vehicles at the customer's preferred location. Mister Glass was the first company in the Dallas area to provide on-site auto glass repair and replacement.
At Mister Glass, we take on the "repair first, replace if we must" attitude towards windshield damage. While sometimes a windshield replacement is the only option, if the crack is six inches or less, a windshield repair will typically be what you need. Small cracks in the windshield can turn into larger, unrepairable cracks that require windshield replacement if the damage isn't fixed quickly.

The installer was did a great job with the installation of the new Windshield.

I have been using Mister Glass for over 25 years for replacement of my car windows. I have always received great service and very competitive pricing. A couple of years ago, we decided to the replace the majority of the windows in our house and I thought of Mister Glass and gave them a call and confirmed they also did residential window replacement as well. Once again, they were very responsive and professional during the installation. I had the best experience with Mister Glass Inc. They were very competitive, professional, and responsive to my needs. I had 3 large mirrors removed and then they made me 3 large custom mirrors to take the place of the ones they removed... and the job was done 5 days early! How often does that happen? I am a very happy customer and will use them again.

I have referred mister Glass for years. BUT , I asked them to replace a windshield for my customer . That turned into a major problem from there work , I have tried to get this resolved for 3 months. I even requested my money back as per there website, to resolve it myself with my customer. The manager said he was not even aware of that marketing claim. And refused a refund . Scott said he would make volvo owner happy. But 4 months later still unresolved . this was just a offer to do nothing? I got a chip on my windshield on my new car. It was my first time experiencing this and I did not know what to do. I went to this business, and the courteous staff took care of me and made me feel welcomed and valued. I went in as a walk-in during my lunch, which is risky for this sort of thing in general, but they were expedient and effective. I highly recommend this place 100%!

I researched many places for the best price and quality shower doors to help renovate my mother's bathroom. Addison was very knowledgeable and patient when going over the different options that they offer. Since the renovation was a birthday gift, Addison helped schedule the installers to come sooner than my original installation date so that my mother could be surprised. The team at Mr. Glass was excellent, including the estimate, office and install personnel. My meat counter glass was broken, and Mr. Glass replaced it for me after about 30 other glass companies declined to assist me.
The install team knew exactly what to do, and were very professional. In fact, Mr. Glass charged me a very fair price, which saved me thousands of dollars it would have cost for me to replace the entire meat counter.

My car was vandalized Friday night at dinner. After looking at one of the national companies that scheduled online, I realized I would have to wait days to get my glass replaced with them. So I called Mister Glass when they opened Saturday morning. He checked, determined the window was available locally, and told me to be there by 10. He had the window replaced by 11, cheaper than my insurance company had quoted, AND cleaned the broken glass out of my car. Scott was kind and funny, truly professional, and provided friendly and great customer service.

I had five double pane windows that had fogged due to lost seal. I got several quotes over the phone based on my rough measurements, but only two companies ever showed up to take actual measurements when I was ready to go. Mister Glass was the most responsive, and after a small hiccup in communication, we go the ball rolling and the glass was replaced by a couple of excellent installers. I am super pleased with the work!

My insurance agent suggested Mr Glass to replace the cracked windshield on my car. I called Monday afternoon and they were ready to make an appointment for the next day. Because of conflicts in my schedule we set the appointment for Wednesday morning. They called on Tuesday afternoon to confirm the appointment and gave me a two hour window.

They were easy to schedule, which was good. We had a couple hour window when they would arrive, but they were late and never called to update us. I thought calling when you miss a window was fairly standard business practice.
We called up there and they apologized, and sent another tech out right away, instead of making us wait an unknown amount of time. That was nice of them. The new tech came out, confirmed the price and went to work.
