Mary Allison is an A+++ realtor and I would use her for every transaction if I could! Not only is she personable, she is a pitbull and will fight her way to make sure things happen with the best turnout, even when you run into issues. If you don't know yet, in real estate there are many obstacles that you can go through. Chelsea was very professional and helpful from day one. She walked me through the entire process and ensured that we thoroughly understood everything that was going on. From the signing of documents, answering questions, funding errors on the lending documents, to even finding discounts she was there and helped me along the way. I don’t think I could have made it without her. She was a huge help taking on my home purchase and I just wish everyone could experience great customer service like that of Chelsea. I can't recommend Chad Chambers enough when it comes to helping you find your home and navigating the home buying process. Chad was very professional throughout the entire process. Due to the Greenville market being very active, Chad went above and beyond, driving to homes to give us video tours when we were on vacation and being the first to get offers in. He not only gave video tours of the homes, but the neighborhoods as you drove into them.
He did spend a day with us, organizing numerous homes to tour. He was very organized, strategically coordinated tour times and proximity to the other homes
