Applied for a property and even though I qualified I was turned down.

I have been with riverside for three years and renting from them has helped me build a great relationship with their establishment, prior to being a great tenant I was able to build great rapport which helped me obtain my new home. It has been sad for me to leave, they have always been responsive when in need and are always willing to work with you if you are facing issues prior to move in... Ms. Tiffany gave me the opportunity to find a home when I had no where to go, Ms. Eva & Mr. John have made my stay stress free...... If things does not work out where I am going Riverside will be my 1st go

Very unprofessional they delete most of the bad reviews and keep the positive ones they are very rude and unprofessional its plenty of other places that will give a better experience

I called them to check on some house to rent and I also left my name and number for them to call me back on purchasing a house through them. I never received a phone call and its been 2 weeks now. So I went with Coldwell Banker! Never again.

I haven't done business with this property management firm for long, however I can say that from the brief interactions I've had with Alex so far, they have been professional, responsive and more transparent than any other property management company in the area. Their website is up to date, user-friendly and modern. I would definitely recommend.

I was ask to take this down by this realtor company because it was makeing people think they where no good What I will say about this place is Do not rent or dill with them they are no damn Good they are just like all the other Realtors they just want money do a background on the home and the people who really owns these homes these Realtors only getting a cut of money by renting people homes that owns them what I will say is disregard and seek other places to find a better quality home have a wonderful day P.S for you all information I'm not Homeless you posted this on here thank you

Riverside is really good on the work orders and up keep on their properties. I've always called to report (minor)problems & they've always sent someone out to asset the situation promptly! The maintenance men are all very professionals who meet the criteria for every situation. They work with you to make sure of what you're wanting done(fixed) as well as making sure your satisfied before leaving. I've seen them go above & beyond for their tenants whether it's rain, sleet, hail or snow they are on the way! They're always just a call away! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CRIMINALS! RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN, IF YOU EVER SEE THEIR NAME ON ANY PROPERTY THAT YOU'RE INTERESTED IN RUN. They put you in houses that won't pass inspection and they will fight you tooth and nail if you try to get out that lease. If I was you I would save myself the heartache and drama because it will be things that's already damage and you move out they will say you done it. They will lie on you and try to ruin your credit score. They will try and charge you for everything that has nothing to do with you. I can go on... If you need more of the scoop, reply
