Because immigration law is an area of federal law, you do not need a lawyer who resides in your city, state, or even country to represent you. However, you do need a lawyer who cares. At Sukkar & Associates we represent clients throughout Florida, the United States, and the world in all U.S. immigration law matters.
Be a permanent resident continuously for five years, subsequent to LPR status. If married to a U.S. citizen (USC) the residency requirement is only three years, but there are several conditions to the three-year rule (e.g. Not be absent from the U.S. for a continuous period of more than one year during the period for which continuous residence is required.

Misleading and just wrong! only after they took my money they told me they would go help my husband only the next following week as they dont usually deal with KROM Facility where he was wrongfully detained. Someone with he experience i needed had him out in 48 hours and they wont even partially refund me. When i texted the associate who doesn't even have a licence in Florida he threatened to call the police on me

They did nothing for me while i wrongfully sat in an immigration jail and took money from my 8 months pregnant wife. Another attorney had me out in 2 days and they wont give the money back. They said they would do a partial refund and when my wife followed up on that they told her to stop contacting them or they would call the police for harassment. Scammers
