Extremely knowledgeable as well as accommodating. Our laptop was continuously crashing and one day we turned it on and it read there was no operating system. We took laptop to Chik Mobile where the system was evaluated and a new OS installed, all for a very fair price. My whole family was also entertained by the owners vast knowledge of his profession as well as the gaming systems my son could play while we waited. I highly recommend Chik Mobile to any and all.

Chik Mobile LLC is the best!! It’s a little drive from my house (about 25 mins) but TOTALLY worth it. I spent 3 plus hrs at Apple yesterday trying to fix my phone and ended up buying a new phone because they told me my old phone was unresponsive and not salvageable—they convinced me to just buy a new phone. I was skeptical but needed a working phone, but I brought the old phone into Chik mobile today and within 20 minutes my old phone was FIXED (just needed a new screen) and I was on my way… AND all for a GREAT PRICE! Now I get to go back and return that $900 new phone I bought for nothing

SPRINT’s Lifetime Screen Warranty is a SCAM! Sprint now says my screen cover is obsolete, and I owe $30 to upgrade. Whaattt???? I head to Chik Mobile and within 10 min and $10 later, I had a quality screen cover. Chik Mobile is honest, reliable and fast. They even sell phones. I’m done with my carrier!!

While on the aircraft going to Florida to see my grandchildren... my phone display the black screen of death! As soon as I landed my daughter informs me that CHIK MOBILE is the guru of All Electronics!
Omgg... the store was packed due to the oncoming hurricane and he was answering all questions and giving quick turnaround times on repairs... on top of all this it was the 4th of July! He replaced my battery, back glass,camera and glass lenses... it's like I have a new phone!! I have lived all over the world and this guy is the best...

I rarely need computer or phone repair but this is my go to place. Elias is helpful, knowledgeable and will not over charge you. I dropped my iPhone and cracked the screen yesterday. He had it repaired and I was on my way within a half an hour. In that time he conversed with his customers, one was new and one was a regular. All of us were treated right.

Every time something comes up and i have a broken phone screen or a broken camera or even a question! Elias is helpful, quick, funny, and SO KNOWLEDGEABLE! Apples customer service has nothing on him. No point in wasting your time anywhere else. He doesn’t tax his repairs like crazy his prices are reasonable and he is QUICK! 10/10 the only person ill trust w my devices :)

I love them! They are fast and efficient. Yesterday was my 2nd time getting a phone repaired by Elias. My iPhone XS Max OLED screen stopped working. It may have been sat on, (even though my screen hadn’t cracked). I appreciate Elias’ transparency and education he provided about how to better protect my phone. I called around to a few places and once again Chik had the part is stock and Elias was able start working on it immediately. I had a turned around time of about an 1.5 hours. The truth is. Breaking your phone is a high stress situation, whether you use your phone for your business like I do or are worried it will either cost a lot of money or take way longer than expected. The owner completely put me at ease and fixed my broken screen within 15-20 minutes. He even did it right in front of me. He was personable on the phone and in person. NEVER ever will go back here. Came to get my phone fixed, $160 later my phone is still not fixed and ELI the shop owner wanted to argue with me about it and get an attitude. And I know he said he is going through a lot because his wife just was hospitalized... but that has nothing to do with me. Business is business and that’s not fair. A bunch of money and time wasted - not sincere AT ALL. don’t cry to me about your wife and then get an attitude with me when I told you my phone is still NOT fixed. That’s not good business.

Elias Martinez of Chik Mobile just fixed my wife's IPhone that had a frozen screen. Chik Mobile has fixed my daughter's IPad twice and my niece's laptop. Elias has always done a fantastic job at a very fair price.
