Do business with these folks, it’s really that simple ! I am blown away by how they have gone above and beyond to stand behind their word. I bought a trailer sight unseen last week and had it delivered based their reputation of being the best dealership . It was just just as beautiful as described , but the batteries weren’t wanting to hold a charge and I couldn’t get power to any of my exterior lighting . I wanted to be frustrated But I talked to Bob and he immediately had Mike in service call me and sent a mechanic down (mind you I live almost 3 hrs away and it’s Friday

I guess you need to have special look in order to get help, spent 40 minutes walking around looking at trailers and no one came to help me, sad thing is I was ready to buy. Taking my business somewhere else.

Went from 4star-when I bought a trailer from them, to 1star, my initial on consignment experience. Now back to 4stars, my end of consignment experience. I'd buy from them again and they did a good job selling my trailer on consignment. However, they don't communicate well unless you're there.

Quality, customer service and communication is NOT their specialty. Service ruined my trailer. Cannot fix per service manager and said they had to do it that way since it's after market. But they never contacted me to ask if it was OK to cut into the frame. Do not recommend!

This is the second trailer I have purchased from Coast to Coast in the last year. I bought a used 2 horse bumper pull last spring, and just now traded in a used gooseneck trailer in on a new one. Once again, I was treated with the utmost respect. I am not a big trainer or equine transportation company. I am a small family farm. I very much appreciated the honest discussion and easy negotiation, quick process and service. I highly recommend!

Brought my trailer in for yearly service. Trailer returned with lights not working. Paid for “cleaning’ it still had love bug stains & interior poorly done. They have no idea how to work on trailer cameras. Two out of three cameras no longer work and the one that does work has an inverted image. Recommend to go somewhere else

Visited Coast to Coast looking at living quarters horse trailers. Met Bob Kennedy and told him I just wanted to look at different ones. He told me go ahead they are all open. No pressure I was able to look till I found what I liked. I asked him questions about it and he answered all of them to my satisfaction. It was a used trailer on consignment so he had it moved to the shop to plug into electric so I could verify it all worked. I made an offer. He called the next day to say it was accepted. Went in filled all paperwork and picked it up the next day. Accolades to Mike and Will in service. They

Poor communication between employees and customer. Called weeks prior to reserve a trailer for the weekend. Never rented a trailer before, was not informed of what to bring in order to pick up the trailer such as ball size or even what 2horse models were available, straight load/ramp/no ramp/slant/ stock, I had no clue. Also I had to purchase a ball from them since I had wrong size. 1 out of 3 staff members that I dealt with were friendly and helpful, but not to mention no one gave me their name. When I returned the trailer the manure was picked out but employee failed to mention to me it was customers
