To be the leader of the trailer industry in design, innovation and quality. We want to offer our customers the best product at a competitive price. Quality Costs more to manufacture. We would rather explain the quality that is built into our product than apologize for it's absence. Road King Trailers's authorized dealers can help you find the trailer for your exact needs.

To get started, click the dealer locator below. Road King Trailers builds a wide range of quality trailers. We offer powerboat, pontoon, skiff, jon boat, sailboat, cat powerboat, watercraft and specialty welded bunk trailers in both aluminum and galvanized finishes. We also offer utility trailers in both galvanized and painted finishes.
Services
Axles come complete with super lube hubs on 4 lug and vortex hubs on 5 & 6 lug axles. Note: Spring axles may need to be drilled for installation. Super Lube Axles have a 1 year limited warranty. Vortex hubs have a 6 year "no touch" warranty. Each time before towing check lug nuts for proper tightness.
Most Road King Trailers are equipped with the "posi lube" bearing lubrication system. We suggest each time before towing to simply remove the grommet from the bearing dust cap and fill with a lithium based marine grease with a grease gun. If excessive grinding sound comes from the hubs, have the bearings and all internal parts replaced by a qualified trailer repair center before towing.
Note: On aluminum fenders all fender holes will need to be drilled (unless ordering the slotted fenders). When ordering poly fenders please have tire size & shape of lights inset in the fender. If you have round lights and 13 tires you will need part# SPF13. If you have rectangular lights & 13 tires you will need part # SPFTD13 or # BPFTD13.
Make sure fluid level is always approximately 3/8 below top of the reservoir. Use only DOT 3 brake fluid. Trailers that are equipped with "disc brakes" require a 5-prong trailer harness. The 5th wire is red in color and is to be hooked up to the back-up lights of the towing vehicle. This allows the trailer to be backed up freely without damaging the trailer brakes.
Road King Trailers are equipped with safety cables at the front of the trailer. Make sure there is slack for cornering. These cables attach to your towing vehicles hitch and are required in the event of trailer / towing vehicle separation. It is required by law to "cross" the cables under the coupler.

I called to purchase 2 new axles and it was VERY obvious the lady had no time for me at all, so, off to buy a new Rolls Axle trailer! Superior quality compared to Road King anyway!

They had the exact replacement parts for my older Road King boat trailer. After calling and paying for them, the parts were ready for me when I arrived. Greg then spent time with me explaining installation details.
Overall an awesome experience with excellent customer support!

I can not believe that three out of 4 springs are broken or cracked after just a year and a half of light use. Trailer has been completely washed down after every use. Never seen corrosion this bad so fast. Complete junk and getting the run around from the dealer that sold it. Legal action next. Product should work as intended. I would give less stars if I could. As of now they have offered to remedy the problem. I would not ask for more. When there is a problem, just own it and fix it. Consumers like myself know that there are going to be problems.

17 month old Trailer and both sets of leaf springs snapped ... Trailer was rinsed after every use and the leaf springs are the only rusty components ... Everything else is aluminum or Galvanized..
Two new tires to get the trailer to the shop ( after fenders were removed) ... Mechanic says he's never seen both sides fail in the second year ( 3750 lb axle and 20' Aluminum boat )
As mentioned ,the rest of the trailer has held up well ..

Road King is the manufacturer of my aluminum boat trailer. It has been one year since I bought my boat and I am very happy with my trailer. Everything has held up nicely. I have since purchased a full size spare from my dealer "Millers".
