Lynne Ballerini and America Pace were wonderful. They know the ins and outs of the island. They always answered our questions and kept the entire transaction moving. Even after closing, Lynne rolled up her sleeves to help us clean out the attic and the crawl space when we found the seller had left a bunch of old items. That is above and beyond! We will certainly recommend her in the future!9
