WORST customer service ever! Went in to buy flowers for my best friend who was going to get proposed to. The guy in the front (older white male), didn't get his name, didn't even welcome us, had a very smart answer to give to any questions we had. I got a dozen roses (6 white and 6 red) and all he did was put it all in a piece of paper and taped it up. No arrangement of the flowers or nothing. He charged me $60 for that and I could've paid half the money and got beautiful flower arrangement somewhere else. Will never return to this place again.

Very unaccommodating. Spoke to a man by the name of Michael to order Mother's Day flowers from another state and he was so rude and unprofessional!
Especially during a time such as a pandemic, you are working in a place that is supposed to be comforting and helping people feel better.
Michael is clearly not the owner of what seems to be a very well known business. The owner needs to be aware.

We ordered flowers for my sister in law, to greet her as she moved into her new home in Hackettstown. I was concerned that this was beyond their delivery range, but relieved that Michael said it could be done. He fit it into what must be a typical busy summer Saturday - I imagine there could have been several weddings already on his schedule. In the photo sent shortly after arrival, it's clear that she received very fresh flowers in abundance, tastefully arranged. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Except there is more - I just talked with my SIL - a full week later - and they

We went to get a funeral arrangement done for our dear friend who passed. We placed the order the day before the service, and it was absolutely beautiful in person. I appreciate their patience and attention to detail. I will definitely return to get more floral arrangements for future events to come.

We knew pretty much what we wanted and he put it together - two center pieces. They were perfectly wonderful and over a week later they still look pretty good! He did a great job for us and I'd recommend him to our local friends. His assortment might be simpler that in NYC (he might be able to order special items) but the flowers are fresh, tastefully arranged and reasonable!

The flowers I ordered via FTD for Valentine's Day arrived on time, but were sloppily arranged and there were no roses. The florist promised to correct the problem, not with a replacement arrangement, but by retrieving the original and stuffing 4 full-sized roses into an already stem-jammed vase. In the initial phone call he indicated there should have been 5 roses (presumably small ones); but in the second call, he told me it only called for 2 and he was giving me 4 as an apology. I think he was dissembling a bit to cover the fact that he didn't have the right flowers to begin with
