All the low reviews are from old management. The new manager of this place is very friendly and will work to suit your needs. The apartments themselves are very large and very quiet, the complex has a lot of elderly so it tends to be pretty quiet at all hours. Plenty of parking and is always plowed in the winter. I enjoyed my time here thoroughly and will miss the good times I had here. Highly recommended!

I had lived in Country Square Apartments for two years and during this time, I was very satisfied with my living situation. Maintenance was available upon request and worked around the clock to ensure each apartment building was kept up to date and our apartment parking lot was clear and clean. The landlord was very easy to work with and my roommate nor I had problems during our time there. I would highly recommend this affordable living space right outside of Edinboro's campus to anyone!

Been with these apartments for two years, moved only because I got a job further away. The old apartment manager wasn't exactly the greatest but they just got all new managing staff, and they are on top of everything, the apartments from what I've seen are all up to date and move in ready, great for college kids who want to live off campus, or any particular sort of living needs!

Worst service I have ever had. You sign the lease with an old man, after that you only speak to his wife on the phone if you have any questions or problems. These two are considered the "on-site management." This woman gives you attitude from the time she picks up the phone to the end of the call. If you lock your keys in the apartment on accident there is a $10 lock out fee and she requires it before she even gives you the keys to get in your own apartment. I have never been so disrespected by management in my six years of living in different apartments. I do NOT recommend living here because

The landlords can be sticks in the mud sometimes but overall it's a pretty nice place to live. In my experience it's been quiet and I have little interaction with my neighbors. The floors are thin though so if you live on the top floor...walk lightly. I live in the bottom floor and sometimes I swear a T-Rex lives above me. I never hear any of my other neighbors though on any side of my apartment. Only lateral noise.
The units are priced reasonably $595 and $695 for one and two bedrooms respectively which is only bad if you live by yourself. That includes water, heat, and waste. Electric goes through
