I lived in one of these duplexes for nearly 15 months. The location was convenient for me. I too would praise the landscaping and snow removal services. The unit I occupied backed up to the hill along Maple Hill Dr, so during the winter months the unit received little sunlight. I was the sole occupant, had no pets, and hung no pictures during my occupancy. My move-in was smooth; however, the issue I experienced was constantly finding animal fur clinging to my clothes. I immediately brought this to the attention of the property manager. I received an apology, but no offer to address the problem

I didnt had any issues while living in the apartments. The apartments are beautiful and service requests were quickly addressed. My issues were when I moved out. Our unit was in excellent condition. I had a maid that came on weekly basis to clean-up my unit, in fact, she is the same person that does the final cleaning on the apartment after you move out. They took almost half of my deposit saying that carpets needed to be professionally cleaned, that the holes in the wholes from hanging painting were so many that it took them 4 hours to cover them and re-paint, they charged me a cleaning fee, It

Phyllis and I have happily lived at Cherry Hills for 4 1-2 years. Our microwave went out on a Sunday, I notified the office and it was repaired and ready for use by Monday noon. It is just one of many example of the attention to any problem. I have neuropathy and cannot manage to wade the snow to clear our satellite dish. A word to the office and they clear it within the hour. I highly recommend life at Cherry Hills.
