We stayed at the home on Casitas. We cannot say enough nice things about this house! The kitchen was fully stocked, there was a stepstool for kids to wash their hands, and the main bedroom closet was big enough to use as a separate sleep area for a toddler. Loved that there was a living room on both floors so the party could continue while the little ones slept. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. And the carpet... so plush! Shopping and lots of fun stuff to do close by.
Management was very responsive and attentive to our needs. I would suggest that the emailed driving directions be updated (exit

We loved our stay at Poolside Heaven. The home is so clean and beautiful. We cooked all our meals here and had everything we needed. The large couch and family room were comfortable for our family of 16. We loved watching Christmas classics on the large TV and the fireplace was added to the ambiance. The beds are so comfy and we loved that each room had its own bathroom. The private hot tub was used by all. We loved being so close to the lazy River. We can’t wait to stay here again.

We recently stayed at Paradise Village 16 (this review is specific to that unit). Overall it was good and we had a great time with our family, but there are a few things. We are a pretty low maintenance group, but I'd still like to bring up some things to help out others that are considering staying here. I'll list out the pros and cons below.
Pros:
- Large space, everyone had their own bathroom, quiet, good view
- Great location, close to snow canyon and parks
- Nice dining room table setup
- Hot tub was nice and very spacious
- Management was super responsive, and had a maintenance guy

The house we rented was clean and the community pools were fabulous. We did have issues with the internet and the property managers were quick to respond. However, despite their efforts the problems could not be resolved while we were there. This was an issue for us as we had a student that needed to take a college mid-term and several members of our party that were working via the internet.

The housekeepers were still there cleaning when we tried to check in about an hour and a half after regular check-in time. The house was not clean. But I had family and we needed to rest after traveling along way. We found articles from the previous renters in multiple rooms. After the rental property said that the Wii was missing. But we never use the wii. Then they tried to charge me $300 for a new one when it was used and a new one goes at Walmart for 121. Good luck if you rent here

This is obviously a popular place. And from the outset, it is very nice. We had a group of 10 people staying in Saint George and overall things were fine.
I’m just not at all impressed with the value of the place. We were staying for a full week, and yet we received 5 dishwasher tabs, 5 laundry tabs, and a single roll of paper towels. When we called to see if we could get more they said “Sorry that’s all we give you figure it out.” Seems like they don’t want us to clean up after ourselves (this is a 5-bedroom house)? Everything has little labels as to how many cups, forks, HANGERS there

Enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the cathedral rooms and they were well kept, comfortable and roomy. The property was a blast. We took advantage of the restaurant and had excellent service even at closing time. The pool, fire pit, and star deck were fun as well. Highly recommend. We will definitely return. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. Not too mention it was Easter weekend completely booked and we were very pleased! Thank you Red Sands for a memorable getaway.

#25 Paradise Village. The jacuzzi is great. However, I can hear people clear as day at night when I'm trying to rest. This experience may have been better if I were on vacation, rather than a business trip. I do not like the paper thin walls in the small room. Also, the TV's could use an upgrade (small room), I wasn't able to connect my smart phone to this tv. Clear instructions posted in bedroom would be helpful.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
This is our third stay with Red Sands at Paradise Village in Santa Clara. The properties have been great. Expensive but worth it. The Red Sands staff has been very pleasant to work with. Quick, efficient and friendly responses. Good service when we have had issues with the properties or amenities.

We stayed in these condos two years ago and had a very different (good) experience, then this time around. When we first arrived it took several hours to figure out why the sound was not working on any of the TV's. We tried calling Red Sands Properties several times during business hours but was not able to get through to someone. Only after we figured out the issue did someone text us back. The condo was not very clean either, the pillows, sheets, and bedding smelled and were not clean. The beds seem very old and were not very comfortable. Long story short, we only stayed 2 out of the 5 days were
