The Arcadia Resort Clubhouse and Pool is second to none here in sunny Southern Utah! Our pool includes two pool areas alongside a continuous lazy river that includes a large water slide! Surrounded by lounge chairs, this lazy river is the perfect place to relax or adventure! Make sure to check out a tube to float on free of charge!
The Arcadia Resort offers an array of activities, special events, and services for guests of Arcadia. For those off property events, Southern Utah is home to year-round happenings. Guest Services will help you know everything that is happening in Southern Utah as well as anything special being offered to our guests.
Rent one of our electric vehicles to tour around sunny Southern Utah and nearby Snow Canyon State Park! Please read all information below before booking a rental. Each rider must sign a waiver before the reservation start time; if a rider is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver for them.

What an awesome resort!! We had 23 people in our group and stayed at the #9 unit. Even with our big group, it never felt cramped because the place is huge! Love the fact that each bedrooms have a bathroom in it and we can walk to the pool/clubhouse from our backyard. The backdrop of the house is stunning with the mountains! So many people have asked us about this place after posting on FB. We will def come back here again.
