I live in Denton, TX which is just outside of Dallas, with my wife Amy and our daughter Gracey. We attend Valley Creek Church in Flower Mound, TX. I've always loved building things and what better excuse to build something when your wife asks you to build a headboard. That's how it all got started.
We built a headboard together and then I needed a desk. Then we needed a hall tree. By the time these three projects were completed, we had people asking us if we would build some furniture for them. Hence the name, Wood You Build That. I officially started taking customer requests back in 2015 and have been blessed to keep a steady stream of work and meet some amazing people.

Also, some pieces were too big to bring in from the shop and you don't want to see my messy heavily used shop in the background.
