I recently requested a repair from Joseph for a hard drive that was over 10 years old! He was honest about what he would be able to retrieve. I didn't have high hopes but he ended up restoring all of my data! They are very professional, and kept me updated during the entire process. Highly recommend this place!

So, i think it was this place, not positive. anyway, i had a question about my computer not connecting online, the guy was helpful over the phone and helped me solve the problem. it was kinda complicated and could have been a huge headache.. it works now, and he was great. again, i think this was the place, not positive. but if it was, i would recommend.

The service I received was A1. I came from out of town needed to change my hard drive in my laptop Jeltech was able to change my hard drive in only a couple of days. Too this day I haven’t find a person better or who I trust more with my computer.

This company was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive to my questions and concerns! The repairs were fair priced and Jospeh was very helpful. They were upfront about all costs and did free pickups and deliveries of my laptop! Will definitely be using them again if I have computer issues!

Joseph was great to work with! He was very responsive and kept me up to speed every step of the way. I received both of my MacBooks earlier than expected. Even when I returned with questions, he was patient and made sure all my issues were resolved! Highly recommend!

This company by FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. I was not very hopeful that I would be able to get any more use out of my computer as it moved at the pace of molasses, the fan kept coming on, it was super loud, etc... I was referred to JelTech and his confidence in being able to restore my computer was what initially surprised me, then alongside his confidence in his skills, the outcome was even MORE than I expected! It works BETTER THAN when I initially purchased my Mac. I feel so lucky to be able to find this company and the price was definitely worth the PROFESSIONAL and QUALITY that I received

Joseph truly came to our rescue, not only came and picked up our son's laptop, he was extremely considerate of our health and went above and beyond to adhere to Covid regulations. Thank you! Our laptop was manhandled and needed a new screen, Joseph was very knowledgeable and didnt speak geek to us but was straightforward and concise in his diagnosis and repair plan. The whole time that Joseph had the laptop he kept us in the loop with the repair time and costs. Of course the laptop was repaired several days before we had thought and returned the next morning.
