Thomas is the President and Senior IT Support Engineer for Abundant Computer Services, LLC. He founded ACS in 2006 after moving to Jacksonville. Thomas currently lives in the Mandarin area with his wife and three daughters. My favorite part about my job is meeting new people and making a friend instead of just a client.

I thought it was over when my laptop suddenly crashed without backing up any of my files. Thomas is the most honest guy I've ever come across. He helped not only fixing the hard drive, but helped to recover 99% of most of my files even the ones that looked corrupted. He's very nice guy, helpful, professional, and an expert. I'll always recommend him.

Thomas is the best! I was having scheduling issues that conflicted with store hours. Thomas went out of his way to make sure he could help me with my computer issues and resolved them the same day! Absolutely stellar customer service and thanks to his help I was able to provide my little sister with the best christmas gift! I would recommend Abundant Computer Services to ANYONE and EVERYONE!

By far the BEST IT experience ever! Tom is phenomenal when it comes to computer knowledge, processing time, and outstanding customer service! He made my 2012 Mac functional again by replacing the battery, re-imaged it, updated as far as it goes, then took the time to sit with me and set it up to my specifications. Meaning everything from email, printer setup, downloading Office, iCloud, setting up 2 factor authentication for my security on multiple platforms, antivirus protection etc. etc. He went over any questions I had without feeling rushed at all. Very responsive if I call with any questions

I called Thomas with an emergency repair of our company computer. Thomas came later that afternoon, diagnosed the issue, took the computer home and did the repair. He showed up at exactly the time he said he would with the computer. Computer is doing great and we were extremely pleased with Thomas and his services!

ACS has done a great job updating three of our laptop computers (6 years old) that were so slow and not really functional anymore. ACS recommended that we update them to a Solid State Drive (SSD) that ended up being so much more affordable than buying new computers. We have been so pleased and impressed with the results. They run faster than they did new! Thomas was professional and prompt and really knew how to meet our needs with upgrading these laptops. Highly recommend!

My computer seemed slow and unresponsive. It is about 4-5 years old so I knew it was probably time to replace it. I contacted Abundant Computer Services and spoke to Thomas. He told me that I could upgrade my computer for about half the cost of buying a new one and having to pay to transfer everything over. He said upgrading to an SSD would make it faster, more reliable and better than new. I took him up on the offer and I tell you what! I saved a bunch of money and this computer has never been this fast! I'm so glad I listened to an expert, he saved me a bunch of headaches and $. Thomas is awesome

Thomas of ACS has been a huge blessing to us. We are Americans who live overseas... 9000+ miles away from Jacksonville and a 14 hour time difference. Thomas was able to connect to our computers remotely and quickly solve our problems and stress. Now I can stop spending time trying to figure it out because he expertly just did it! He saved me time and frustration! Now everything works smoothly on our 3 computers and our wifi printer/scanner. He also gave us advice on things we need to do to protect our computers. This is not the first time he has helped us remotely. I don't know why I waited so

Thomas has worked on our computers for many years. He is always responsive and is knowledgeable about every aspect of our computers. I don't know what we would do without Thomas and his excellent service to our computers which keeps us in business and moving forward.
