The sunroof on my 2005 Jeep quit working last week and was stuck open. I found these guys on Google and brought my vehicle by, they were able to get me in and completely renew the sunroof mechanism. They also swapped out the drivers door lock actuator.
Since I'm on the road fulltime it's difficult for me to keep my vehicle overnight, they got everything fixed and got the vehicle back to me by the end of the day. I'm impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff, highly recommended!

Well, they didn't have my windshield in stock so ordered it from california, arrived next day. Was a very pleasant experience with these gentlemen here. Very professional. A very pleased with the workmanship and the price.
They were more than 10% less than the competition, and the shop is impeccable. You can tell these guys are very experienced and know what they're doing.
Management was a pleasure to work with.
They were very busy too but still accommodated us and got us in and out in a couple of hours. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my windshield needs in the Las Vegas

I called Charleston Auto Glass to inquire about getting my regulator fixed. Eddie gave me a "worst case scenario" quote, so I went down the next day. His technician quickly diagnosed the issue and they got to work on my regulator. Within an hour and a half, my window was fixed at half the price of the competitors. The owner was professional, friendly, and knowledgable about window repair. I will definitely use him again in the future should the need arise!

I came here to replace a shattered front passenger window.
They replaced it in a timely fashion (about 2.5 hours).
The next day, I noticed that my window regulator wasn't working properly. The window was making a creaking sound and not rising unless I manually jiggled it. I had no issues with the regulator prior to the replacement. Somehow, the wire got dislodged from the pulley system.
After a couple of calls back and forth with the shop, they agreed to cover the cost of a new regulator ($90).
I'm not sure if the shop is responsible for the broken regulator, but I appreciate them giving me

I've done multiple business with Charleston Auto Glass- ranging from side auto window repair , sunroof closing and sunroof motor/switch repair and they have ALWAYS come through with good quality work at a competitive price!
Most recently, they fixed a problem by ordering a new part, and did not charge extra for it, so I am highly impressed with their work ethic and customer service acumen!
I would much rather do business with these fine people than a dealership , and/or impersonal chain auto glass franchise. THEY ARE NOT THERE TO OVERCHARGE YOU OR RIP YOU OFF! And
