I'm going to be flat out honest about this company. I have hopped from company to company for 6 years and have been working with this company since 2020. This is by far the most honest straightforward company I have ever worked with in this industry. It doesn't matter if you are a company driver or a owner operator or lease purchase operator there is no other company in this industry that can match the integrity and compassion this company has demonstrated to me. Dispatch was very rude. They posted a truck on DAT in the same city we had a load out of. Couldn't even explain to her pick up instructions without her just hanging up on me and snarling at me when I called back because I genuinely thought we were disconnected. I feel very bad for the drivers. Hard for them to earn any of my business going forward! Watch out for EXT 110

Where can I start with these guys? All I’m going to say is that everyone in that office is about helping the driver become successful. As long as I’ve driven, I’ve never experienced a company like it. When your O/O are grossing 20-25k per month consistently and your company drivers are taking home 2-3-4k a week, what more needs to be said. Oh they gave the best LP in the business from what I’ve researched on other companies ( I’ve talked with nearly 30) Theres nothing more to say. If you’re on the fence about it, you’re definitely missing a great opportunity.

I am a lease Driver for VL Trucking. It was merely an accident that I stumbled upon another drivers YouTube video talking about this company. I researched them and then called and even though I was a bit skeptical at first, I have to say VL Trucking is the place to be! If you wanna change your life and get paid what you’re worth come here. Now you need 1 year experience they offer both company and lease & O/O opportunities here. I promise you I have been blessed by the opportunity that I was given by VL Trucking. Now they don’t play games over so if you’re about games or need a babysitter
