this company for me it's good or you can best because all driver's work with the best stafe like dispatcher, recruiters, accounting...... there is a good truck, trailer and the service shop, rapid problem management and good grosse in end of the week for driver work serious.
Sometimes there are problems but it's part of the job trucking.
In the end of my review next year I will back here after winter and thanks again for company CADENCE PREMIER CARGO the job do it.

Cadence is the best company I worked for. Top Money is here. Management, fleet, service and shop. They have everything drivers need. Amazing office stuff. They care about drivers. I'm so happy that I found Cadence. I started as lease driver and now I own 2018 Freightliner Cascadia. Cadence made me grow and I appreciate it.

Unit 1462. Drives a big rig like it's a car. Then proceeds to park in a fuel island at 6ish PM when the lots empty then goes and has a shower and blocks an entire lane for an hour so people can't fuel up. This guy has no respect on or off the road. Ignorant driver and truck shows it's gross solid black wheels from riding the brakes all the time creating brake dust. I don't know how this scam of a company got 3.9 points. They use and abuse drivers especially new/unaware ones. I, myself worked for them years ago as a lease driver and I know, first hand, how brazenly THEY CHEAT ON LOADS (which is not illegal per se, but let's be honest do you want get ripped off $200 to $1000 on every other load?). I lasted little over a year. After changing the company I could compare and see what I lost with them.
I should add what I liked: they had good safety team , equipment was somewhat new. But that's all down the drain when they are not paying drivers what they worth

Cadence greatly exceeded my expectations when I came to work for them! People who work in the company are very professional, helpful and have excellent communication with drivers. Especially I’d like to point Laima from accounting department, she brings a lot of assistance when handling drivers with any kind of needs...

Although I worked at Cadence for only 3 months, I had 2 friends who worked there for years and things were alright.
Cadence premier is a dynamic and a strong trucking company considering the difficulties that the industry is facing.
At the end, the wages are great at Cadence comparing to the other rif-raf mega carriers that treat their drivers like lone-birdies.
Cadence is foreign owned and operated but it does serve the American purpose, work hard and get paid for it.
I used their lease program and there was no remorse.
They paid on time and they even reimbursed me for the lease deposit which
