I went to see this Dr for lip injections which I wanted to look gracefully filled. I didn't want to look alienated, Russian doll, stripper type look nor did I want to look like a duck.
Sitting in the chair I expressed my wishes,in which she shushed away my worries with "of course" and "no I never do duck lips" (with some attitude as if I'm questioning her expertise)
However, here I am with extremely over done lips with migration to the upper above lip, bubbles underneath on the wet mucosa and looking like I have a dark line above my lip. Also I told her I wanted

Dr.Gerstman and her assistant are superb. I went to have a touch up filler done on my lips and I immediately felt safe in Dr.Gerstman’s care and trusted her. She knows what she’s doing and has such a gentle touch which I really appreciated. My lips look and feel great and exactly how I wanted them to be :) I’m so glad I found her and will be going to her from now on:)

I was looking forward to having treatment done here as I follow Dr. Gerstman's work on Instagram. Booked an appointment a month out, put down $100 consultation deposit fee and the night before my appointment I get an email that my appointment has been canceled due to an emergency the doctor had. At this point I'm annoyed bc I took time off work, scheduled a nanny to come and worked around my husbands and kids schedule. The next morning I get a text from an office staff reminding me my appointment has been canceled again. Then after reading all the reviews on Dr. Gerstman it looks like

I got my lips done with nurse Emilia for the first time and I cannot recommend her enough. It was my first time so I was so nervous but she was so good at relaxing me and making me comfortable. She pays attention to small details and is gentle as well. I usually bruise super easily and my lips barely bruised. She’s the sweetest person on top of that as well. Can’t recommend her enough. I won’t trust anyone else with my lips. Thank you !

I went to Dr. Gerstman’s office to see Nadia to do my brow microblading. The first seasion was fine, Nadia was nice and did her thing. However, when I got home I noticed the shape of my brows didn’t match. I assumed when I went to the touch-up appointment 8 weeks later, they could be corrected.

Very unprofessional they cancelled my appointment twice after taking the day off. This doctor should be name “queen of lies” she is gets tested positive every week. Go through all the reviews and you will understand that I am not the only one in this situation. I am scared what services she offers you if they treat like that your appointment.

I am blown away by the skill of Nadia Lopez, the resident microblading artist at Dr. Gerstman's. She is not only the sweetest, most attentive person, but takes her work very seriously. I was shocked with the results--I have never seen such natural microbladed eyebrows before. Her attention to detail is unmatched. Every aspect of the eyebrow (color, fullness, shape, etc.) is customized to fit the individual. Nadia is making brows that will give you confidence and get you nonstop compliments. Everyone should get eyebrows done by Nadia!

Nadia did a wonderful job microblading my eyebrows. I’m a man and it was very important that they look natural and undetected. She delivered beyond my expectations (and they were pretty high, seeing her work online). If there’s one word of advice I can give: trust the process! Immediately following the procedure I was actually slightly concerned it was too dark, Nadia assured me that was part of the process, and that they would fade and blend smoothly after healing. I’m a week out, and she’s absolutely right! Her artistic eye is really incredible. The coordinator was very easy and nice

Stay away. She changed her location and business name a few times because she had multiple bad reviews. I had IPL and lip fillers done before. IPL was expensive and she ended up burning my face. A friend of mine got me a package deal. I had to return package deal and exchange for lip fillers. She charged me $400 for burnt IPL. Later I booked her again through Gilt deal without knowing it was her because she changed her office and business name. She never showed up. Office was closed. No one picked up the phone.

I was super excited to get some lip filler, studied Dr Leslie Gerstman for 2 years before I summoned enough courage to actually do it. It was my first time so I was very nervous. There was a 20% increase in services since the initial time I contacted so it was so pricey. I scheduled an appointment anyway. The day of I received a cancellation due to Dr. Leslie Gerstman being sick, I was understanding and happy to reschedule. I had an appointment today to get lip fillers I had from a different doctor dissolved. The lady at the front desk was very polite and welcoming. I got called in right on time by Dr. Gerstman. She was so nice and sweet. The office was immaculate and organized. Everything looked so clean. When it came time to discuss how and why I wanted my lips dissolved, I told her what I was going for and what I wanted and she knew exactly what I meant. The process was quick but extremely efficient.
I will give an update when I go back to her to get them refilled, which I'm sure will be just as great.

PLEASE READ UNTIL THE END....So from my first phone call to the office the secretary was very pleasent and I was excited for my visit. I called in for tear trough fillers. I got there and I was seen by Dr. Gerstman who examined me and told me I had nothing to worry about and I would get the results I was expecting. Of course I asked how many years she had of experience which she said about 10+ so I felt really comfortable. When she started off she sanitized under my eyes with alcohol pads I believe and told me it would be a slight pinch which it was. I wondered though if she was suppose to map

I am SO happy that I finally made the decision to get lip fillers. I've been wanting them for over a year and finally decided to make my consultation. Dr Gerstman took the time to address all my questions and didn't make me feel like I had to book an appointment if I wasn't ready. I decided to book and have never been happier. She is an artist.
