We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Gary Mesnick. We were first time home buyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right house. On top of that, we started our search in COVID times, when demand for houses was already high in the market and availability limited. Initially we worked with a couple of other realtors too, but no one seemed to click until we met Gary. Gary has helped us sell a home, find rental properties and navigate rental agreements, and purchase a home. We have known him professionally and personally for the past 10 years. He understands our needs so much so, that we found a house that we love within 2 weeks. He is always willing to meet to show a house, and what I love most about Gary, is that he gets there way before we do. Working with Gary was wonderful. He was always engaged in the process and stayed on top of all the proceedings for us. It took a bit of the mental load off for us. He was great at keeping the pressure on the buyer to get us the best offer. He is personable and cares about his clients. This was our second time working with Gary (once buying/once selling) and it was fantastic.
