After scaling my truck, I found that I needed to reconfigure my load. I asked three local truck stops with fork lifts for help and they all said they were not allowed to do so. My driver manager gave me two phone numbers to call and one of them was Bambauer. I contacted them and they said that if I can get the truck to their yard, they can help me for a lot less than it would be if they came to me. I told them no problem. I arrived close to after hours, opened the curtain and unstrapped the pallets I needed moved. Bryce and team wasted no time. They had my trailer reconfigured in short order and

Literally saves us, our RV broke down at Gridley and had to be towed to Oakland. Forgot the guys name but he was awesome and on point, taught me how to re install the driveshaft and even let me install it while it was still lifted. It was a long two hour drive but they were definitely the right ones for the job. Would recommend any time

AAA called this service to tow our truck down to Modesto. They couldn’t tow it the same day since it was a Sunday and they only had 1 driver, but Will took it down first thing the next morning at 6:30 AM which was so helpful. When he first picked up the truck he arrived in a great mood and was just so helpful and it really helped brighten our day a bit.

Let me start off by saying Thank you to Louis. Secondly the five star rating is because of his customer service which I can say goes beyond and above any other experiences I've had with other companies. Thirdly which is the kicker I reached out to Bambauer Towing not to get a tow but to kindly ask if their neighbors at XG Cargo were operational because I was having trouble getting a response from them, well Louis took down my info and was able to relay it to his neighbors and they reached out to me (might I add that their customer service was excellent as well). We are living in rough times especially

This is the second time I have had my class A motor home towed by BAMBAUER TOWING. It was a great experience again. They have the proper equipment to pull my RV and it was brand new. The guys were on time and waisted no time hooking up. Both times the RV was in a tight spot, but with their expertise they were able to get it out. And not to forget, they are very nice guys.

My sister locked herself out of her car in the middle of an agriculture field and bambauer came to assist. They left her after coming to her location, still stranded, to respond to an "emergency". The car is still locked.
It has been 4 hours and they still have not come back. If leaving a young girl, alone, in the pitch black dark stranded is not terrible then I don't know what is. Do not use.

There is never a 'best' time to break down but generally holidays are the worst, right? Well, I lucked out breaking down in Orland. From Jerry and his brother at Penners Automotive, Mary at American Rental & Leasing, to Joe, my tow truck driver from Bambauer...they were all incredibly kind and generous. Labor Day and I really had no choice but to need a 150 mile tow back to the bay area. What a great guy! His attitude was awesome and although the call took him from family time, he treated me like it was just any other day. Thank you Joe!!

My son managed to get lost following his Garmin GPS and ended up near the top of the Mendocino Forest Mountains, or more precisely down a cliff side of Anthony's Peak in the Mendocino Forest. He was trying to turn around his truck and got stuck. With no snow chains, snow gear, food, water, or a battery charger for his cell phone, he was pretty much in big trouble and in the middle of nowhere! Before his phone battery died he managed to get a call out to us and I was able to get him to read me the Garmin GPS coordinates of 39°50'695"N 122°57'814"W. (look it up on google
