I'm a number one supporter of small business. This is my first one star ever Yelp review. Coming from a very honest household, when one becomes a thief and corrupt, one has to speak up for everyone in the community.
We were at a Carson Mobile home, trying to pick up something from a friend. It's was going to be a quick stop, and we left my husband's phone in the center console and my daughter's wallet on the passenger seat.

I live in a townhouse which means the complex is governed by the HOA management. A&A is the towing company that my HOA uses. On 18Sep2021, I parked my car in front of my garage while I was inside the garage cleaning. I went upstairs to wash my hands in order to move my car back inside my garage. However, when I came back down, my car was already hooked. I tired explaining to Delta that I have to be notified by my HOA either verbally or written notice to "initiate tow" ( straight from the HOA rules and and regulations), he still didn't listen. We have a garage which is accessed through the alley.
Unfortunately, people park there blocking our garage entrance or thieves leave stolen cars there.
We've called several times to tow and and everything time it's one of three bad experiences:
1. Rude operator. Whoever is manning the phones here is horrible. He doesn't take addresses down right. Has a hard time being courteous and will actually tell you to hold on before you say a word then leaves you on hold for several minutes.
Sometimes the phone just hangs up!!! You guys need a new person on the phones.

Rude service. Spoke fast and aggressive. Wish I could have hung up on them faster than he did to me. Not everyone is knowledgeable or informed about the marked streets or what is to be regulated by the city. It doesn't hurt to take the time to ask the questions or explain. We have called once before w more help and got a car in the same situation towed. This time, not sure if it was bc I was simply interrupting his darn time as though he doesn't have a job to do. This tow company is a parasite- car was towed on a Friday night ( Sat morning ) from a business that we had a receipt of transaction at. State they are open 24 hours - lie. Charged $388.00 to get car out said they are open 24 hours - but told us extra fee to get car out on Sat "not open". Employees are a-holes...... wow what a sad company of sad people......

My car was illegally towed by this property company on Easter Sunday in a garage that I rent at my apartment complex. Someone under the name of Micah signed off on my car stating I was parked in their garage. There are no residents in my complex under that name and my property manager is named Brandon. I went down to the towing company to retrieve my car. The worker Oscar, refused to look at the proof on my phone that that is my parking spot and refused to talk to my property manager on the phone to get my car out. I am an essential worker and need my car during these times to go to my healthcare
