Tom and the whole crew at Adventure Ready have been great. They know what they're talking about and have always been straightforward, knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. They put solid work into my truck and I've never run into problems after multiple BDR and overland trips. Not sure about that 1-star review down there...seems sketch.

Customer service is non existent. Extreme delay in shipping. Still haven’t received my iso kit, with no date in sight. Took way to long to get my install scheduled. No one answers their phones, had to figure out the owners cell. Had a third party pick up and install my tent because adv red wanted to keep my truck overnight to do their 2 hour… install. I live 4 hours away but they didn’t seem to care. They also are arguing with me on other Facebook pages about the facts of this experience, to their loss. I’ll probably never get my iso kit now that I’ve dragged them

Stopped in to see the dual battery Tacoma Oil fill Spout modification first hand. GREAT quality item. Had to have it! Michael and Ephran were great to talk to. Both were Very knowledgeable and helpful with my build and next steps. LOVE. THIS. PLACE. They even let my daughter (16) tune out on the couch while my wife and I browsed, shopped and planned.

We have a Mercedes Benz Sprinter based motor home and wanted Rigid fog lights and a small driving light bar installed. Sounds easy, right? What a problem. Thank goodness, we met Tom at a RV show and then we met Dana, he figured it out. Dana got the lights installed and they look and work just awesome inside and out.

I've been a customer of Adventure Ready for about a little over a year now. Each time, it's been a great experience. My first purchase was an OzTent camp table that arrived damaged. Tom took care of this promptly and arranged to have a replacement drop shipped to me. The next time was my purchase of an Alu-Cab rooftop tent. They were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule, on very short notice, to get my tent installed just in time for a trip the following weekend. They're VERY knowledgeable about the gear they sell, do phenomenal electrical and custom work and their passion

Tom and his team are "A+" in every way. I started off with a bold ambition of what I wanted for my camping/overland needs. Long story short, Tom talked me into what I actually needed vs what I wanted and what would find useful. He and the team were easy to work with, even shared a beer with the crew. Great team. Tom and his crew at Adventure Ready do solid work. They put a front bumper, rear bumper, dual battery, and suspension on my Tacoma. Will definitely return for any additional work I need to have done. Super sweet people and quality work that they stand behind. Communication with the crew can be spotty as they are often out traveling and enjoying the fruits of their labor but they'll get back to you. Lead time on items can be long also but that isn't really up to Adventure Ready. 10/10.

Contacted Adventure Ready to discuss Roof Top Tents, and after helpful input from Sales Staff, decided on a Hard Top Tent. The shipment from Manufacturer was delayed, and i was notified immediately. This is a legit company! Tom was great to work with and very honest. They did mess up on my order a little bit, but they were always available to contact and made everything right.
