TLC Rents is incredible! Tons of inventory, responsive, on time, excellent communication and customer service. Don't listen to a few bad apples. I have been using them for years. Prices are up on everything, esp gas, so of course delivery $$ is going to increase. We rented ghost chairs and they looked amazing. Give them a try!

I've worked with TLC Rents for at least 5 or 6 years now and I've always been happy with my experience. They have a wide selection of event needs from decor, catering needs, lighting, centerpieces, and more. It's a great one-stop-shop rental company. My sales manager is Maryclaire Andres and she's sooo amazing!! Very professional and truly cares about providing exceptional customer service. She has made sure all of my clients are completely satisfied with every design element and brought so many great ideas to the planning sessions. I highly recommend working with her!! I rented China, flatware, Trinity candle holder, flutes and all purpose glasses for my daughter’s wedding. Michael Gonzales, manager, was the worst! Customer service was horrible. He quoted me a price and was supposed to take 1/2 up front and balance at pickup. He charged the full amount. He also included delivery of $125. When I told him I would pick up. Michael refunded, but I still had to pay the balance due even when my refund had not posted back to my bank account.

Ashley at TLC rentals took care of us last minute and helped us secure our tables, chair rentals and linens just 2 weeks before our wedding. She was very responsive even on the weekend when we were nervous about getting these items locked in for the upcoming wedding. Additionally the pricing was very reasonable and everything was delivered on time as expected and in perfect condition. After having a very poor experience with other potential vendors we were considering for our rentals, Ashley and TLC came in to save our day and I would highly, highly recommend!!

Truly incredible experience! Maryclaire and team helped me plan a very custom event for my client, we needed a very specific look for the lounge and they worked with me to compile the exact items we needed to create the perfect vibe. They also helped us stay in budget and worked with us on a tricky load in and load out time. I highly recommend this company for your rental needs, they have a super library, a very accommodating staff, and really go above and beyond to make it perfect.

I have had opportunity to work with Mary Claire over the years. She is warm, welcoming, kind and well versed in the industry. She is also well connected and is my go to for referrals and creative opinions. I appreciate that the inventory is always clean, fresh and presentable and they are willing to go out of their way to fill our rental needs, even if it means contracting a sister vendor. I've been renting various items through TLC Rents for a few years now and absolutely love using them. They have such a wide variety of items from linens, tables, up-lighting, decor, tents, and much much more. It's nice to be able to get everything in one place. Maryclaire is my sales contact there and she's AWESOME!! She takes care of my clients needs and works hard to deliver exceptional service. I highly recommend working with her. She has a great eye for design too and has put together some really beautiful table centerpieces for my clients. Overall, I give them 2 thumbs up!!

Inquired on-line about renting coat racks for an event at local brewery. Received a quote that listed prices for customer pickup. I phoned the company to ask about delivery because I don't have a vehicle that is large enough to transport coat racks. The gentleman that answered the phone told me that I had not reached the delivery minimum, but suggested that I rent a box truck. REALLY.... that's the best solution you've got????

TLC Rents is the best. They are the ultimate professionals ... going above and beyond for their customers. They have a great selection of tents, linens, decor, china/glasses etc...Plus, they really work with you to make you feel special. The prices are competitive in the market place. However, I have often used them for galas and fundraisers and they have discounted their rates in order to help sponsor the event. This is always great when a company knows the value of marketing by sponsoring an event. They are ethical, have good knowledge of the equipment and set up is always a breeze! I love

I literally had the most stress-free experience with TLC. They were extremely easy to work with, very patiently walked me through all the items and caught quite a few errors on my part. Mike even went above and beyond to give me advice on what works best to achieve the overall style I was looking for. The whole process of confirmation, drop-off and pick-up went off without a glitch. Literally they came thru on everything I was looking for and was super fair priced. But their customer service was first class and I really appreciate how easy they were to work with. Though seemingly in business since 1998, our entire experience with TLC Rents was amateur hour. These jokers called my sister on her WEDDING DAY, while she was getting her make up applied, to inform her they were going back on the contracted pick up date for the tent and other rented items (and as a result, she would incur a fee from the wedding site). The stressed bride called her big sister to look into it, because, duh, SHE IS GETTING MARRIED and ain't nobody got time for incompetent wedding vendor nonsense.

I needed an event provider to support my company holiday party in Buckhead and was referred by others to use TLC Rents. Before the event, Reuben, owner/president made a personal appearance to my location to take measurements, provided me with recommendations, and walked me through the process so I knew what to expect. I have rented from these guys many times before with no issue - it had actually been a rather pleasant and reasonable experience...until now. Grace and Reuben have no idea how to be professional with and/or deal squarely with customers. Grace badgered me the whole time during pick up about loading my truck and later then hung up the phone on my wife after she called my wife. Then Reuben made the drop off process equally unpleasant. He even resorted to personal and emotionally driven verbal attacks - not very professional. They should hire someone with the necessary skills to handle customer

Easy and reasonably priced. I spent less than $150 to rent 11 linens for a party I hosted. It's so nice to not have to worry about washing linens ahead of time or after the event. Just fold (they weren't folded super pretty) and return the correct amount and you're good.
There are more than just linens to rent at TLC though.. Although I have no personal experience, I witnessed their small showroom with table decor, plastic thingys to raise buffet dishes, chair covers, place mats, plates and more!
