They have ALWAYS been nothing short of spectacular! From their customer service to their delivery of products, Monte Carlo Productions is one of the best in the business! As a busy event planner you need vendors who are professional and care. I have last minute events all the time and they’ve always respond in less than 24 hours and have a wide variety of quality props! I appreciate the professionalism, honesty, and integrity from the MCP Team! I pretty much know all the staff by name but I’d have to admit Rosemary is my favorite. I email her my clients theme and she sends me back a list of props that will match the theme in no time. When dealing with events you have multiple vendors and I had to admit I wish all vendors were like Rosemary of MCP!!!

I have worked with Monte Carlo for the last several years with our school's Homecoming dance and I must say that they are AMAZING!! They are prompt with their communication and they have worked with us to help our students and their vision be brought to life! When students, teachers and administrators walk into our lunch room, they don't see a lunch room, they might see a trip to Narnia, an enchanted forest or this year a trip to mount olympus. All of this is made possible because of the staff and the inventory that this company has.

I heard great things about this company, especially from a large well known vendor in the Atlanta area, so I decided to reach out. The VP of Sales, Rosemary Brown, reached out to me, where we began our communication via email. I will say that, yes, my rental was going to be a small one because it is for a birthday party, but she said no problem. Finally, I locked a venue down, and reached back out for a proposal

Monte Carlo Productions is amazing! I threw a House of Cards Party for my husbands 30th birthday. We reserved a blackjack table with dealer and slot machine. John (dealer) arrived on-time and ready to set-up. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the activities. Both rentals really had people excited, laughing, and cheering (if they won, lol). Our dealer John was great! He kept people engaged and laughing. Thank you all so much for your professionalism and creating a cheerful atmosphere.

John and the crew at Monte Carlo productions have put together a couple of carnival events for our Cub Scout pack. They were AMAZING! The boys had fun - even the parents loved it!
Monte Carlo went above & beyond to bring jumpies, rides, games, decorations - it looked like a real carnival! So impressed by everyone there - they were friendly, kind, thoughtful, courteous, generous - they'd make GREAT Scouts!

We have used Monte Carlo for several corporate events over the last five years. I have never been dissatisfied with an event they have produced. We started using just their decor and prop rental, and most recently have started doing our annual Christmas party with their casino tables - most exciting holiday party yet! Hopefully more to come!
